My son who autistic went to buy a large pizza, he doesn’t know much about the extras and said sausage pepperoni and pineapple which was ok but the price of the pizza was $30.49 is way too much and what is this service fee of $2.20 since it wasn’t delivered. Not going there anymore.

Service was good. Location is easy to find. But THEY ARE SOOOO CHEAP. This location won't even give you chili peppers or Parmesan cheese packs. You have to buy a seasoning container for each. AND NO PLATES! It's bad enough you pay for ranch everywhere but dang. $26 for a medium pizza and no condiments you're better off going to a BJs restaurant and getting good pizza and a beer for less

Ah, Pizza Hut, once the nostalgic slice of Americana, now the Grinch of dining experiences. Let's start with the mysterious service fee for carry-out. Yes, you read that right, for CARRY-OUT. This isn't valet parking, folks. This is a cardboard box of melted cheese and sauce. So why am I being charged an additional fee as if they're rolling out the red carpet for my departure? It's like hiring someone to mow your lawn, only to be charged extra for them to actually let you walk on it afterward.Now, taxes. Ah, the good ol' civic duty we all do with a grimace but a sense of responsibility. However, Pizza Hut seems to have misunderstood the basic concept of taxation. Taxes are for roads, schools, public services -- not so Pizza Hut can line its pizza-stuffed pockets even more. It's like getting to the end of a marathon and being told you have to run an extra mile, uphill, wearing cement shoes.But let's not overlook the egregious slide in quality. Once upon a time, Pizza Hut was the go-to place for a comforting, cheesy slice. Now, it feels like they've decided to switch from pizza-making to abstract art. One topping? Really? That's not a pizza; that's a cry for help on dough. The cheese appears to be social distancing from the sauce, and the sauce itself seems to have lost all zest for life. In short, the pizza lacks any excitement or flavor. It's the culinary equivalent of watching paint dry.As for the crust, oh dear, what happened there? It used to be soft yet crispy, flavorful yet not overpowering. Now it's just there, like the forgotten middle child, craving attention but not getting any. Seriously, if you knocked on the crust, it would echo, it's that empty and lifeless. Eating it is like chewing on a rubber band that lost its elasticity years ago.Now, let's discuss the inflation in prices. Pizza Hut seems to think their pizzas are made of gold, the way their prices have surged. We're not asking for a fine dining experience; we're asking for pizza that won't require us to take out a second mortgage. The cost-to-quality ratio is so out of balance, it could be a circus act.So what did I do? I switched teams. I went to Domino's and got myself a 5-topping pizza without a ridiculous service fee, and for two dollars less! It was like going from a rickety carnival ride to Disneyland. The cheese was generous, the toppings abundant, and my wallet didn't scream in agony. It was like I was welcomed into pizza utopia.In conclusion, Pizza Hut, listen up. You've got two options here: either up your game or prepare for a mass exodus. Remove that confounding service fee, spruce up your pizzas, and maybe, just maybe, people might start showing up again. But for now, you've turned from a Pizza "Hut" to a Pizza "Huh?"Pizza Hut, it's time for some serious soul-searching. You used to be a leader in the fast-food pizza game. Now, you're just a cautionary tale in how to lose customers. It's not "Hut, hut, hooray" anymore, it's more like "Hut, hut, who cares?" And that's not a slogan any business wants.

The pizza was good. The pasta was not as good as I remember it. Employees were awesome ?. If I do go back to this restaurant I will only order pizza. Don't think I'll be going back.

I love the Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza! It's the perfect size for one person, and it's always so delicious. I love getting it with a side of breadsticks and dipping sauce.

This place really needs to get their shit together. I ordered delivery they delivered an incomplete order i had to drive to this location to get the missing one while being told by Thanh the delivery guy had actually driven back 15-20minutes late to deliver the cold one while i was in-store as if thats in anyway okay. We didn't pay full price and delivery fee to get our delivery partially delivered let alone settle for a cold late delivered one. I must be crazy for driving to the store to request a fresh one made. While in-store i noticed they had several unhappy people in store waiting on late unfulfilled orders.
