Very pet friendly, it’s amazing to see a place that accepts some more misunderstood pets. We definitely need for of that in communities. It’s a quite nice community everyone is friendly and keeps to their own. I love that it’s so close to multiple food spots, parks and entertainment. A 5 min drive to any of those destinations. The living space is very spacious, we have had a great experience living here and would recommend it 100%
Staff is tentative and always looking to fix issues that might occur in a timely manner.

We have lived here for a little over 9 years. We absolutely love it. It's clean, quiet and beautiful. Lots of trees, roses and a variety of flowers. It's remarkably quiet. It allows all breeds of dogs which is great. We don't have a dog but I feel it makes the building safer. People don't break in when they know you might have a large dog. Our manager Alejandra is the absolute best. She is always available and helpful. She is always making sure everything runs smoothly. We had an issue with our sink and it was fixed instantly! That is hard to do in a building this size but she gets it done! This is an easy 5 stars!!!

Nice community, laundry open 24hrs and 2 parking spots and much more. The Manager, Alejandra de la Cruz , is reliable and dependable with our needs. Shes committed to keep the apartments clean by having pest control come in routinely and sending friendly reminders to the tenants about picking up after their pets. I appreciate it.

My family and I have been living here for about 2 years, and from the start we have had only positive experiences with Alejandra De La Cruz, who manages the places very well! Whenever we have any kind of issue, she is quick to respond with a solution, and always keeps up the complex very well! She's also a great person and always makes you feel welcome, she's definitely an excellent example of how to do her job well!

Bad neighborhood, theft, do not recommend ! Many cara brocken into at night, manager doesn't care and says cameras aren't working. Mail box was also brocken into and no notice was sent. Only way found out was by mail lady . Very clean tho for pets .

I lived here for a only year, and let me tell you. After, finishing my contract (One Year Contract) it was the worst Apartment I’ve ever lived in. To top it off, the rent was over $2,200.At first it was good, but then Rats and Roaches started coming out of nowhere. At Two or three in morning you’ll be having loud music and ppl who don’t live there be coming over to steal ppl properties. If your looking to move into Pine Lake Apartment, I strongly suggest to think twice before moving in for the Great Price you’ll be Paying.
