So just from word of mouth and good reviews I thought I'd try him out. His name is Byron. From the first phone call I called him we was very nice and informative. Fixed my bike is a quickly manner and did lil things the bike needed for free. This man knows his Sh!t. I will use him again if necessary but will tell all ebike owners I know all about him. Once again thank you for everything Byron.

Very friendly customer service. Polite and direct to the point. For their service, you won't feel like getting taken advantage of because they will explain to you what they will do. Priced right and they work fast and efficient. For that 5 stars. Will definitely recommend for all your bike needs

My son and I visited today to check out the scooters and were met with outstanding customer service. The team was fantastic—they serviced my son's scooter and offered excellent recommendations and tips for a new one. I really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell us. A very trustworthy group. i felt like they cared about my bike
i brought my mountain bike in for the 1st time
without even knowing much about this
the guy at the register was cool
unfortunately when they bled my brakes they spilled mineral oil all over my lever, not the end of the world however it was one of the reasons why i stopped going to my previous mechanic
who spilled dot 3 all over my handle bars

Came here scrambling to get on a group ride. My rear hub was loose and I thought it was the cassette. They pulled everything apart quickly as they could probably sense my urgency. They found a bearing issue from the manufacturer. This shop WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, I dealt with Parker at the front of the and the service technician named Byron (who i did not know owns the shop)... I WOULD HIGHLY recommend this bicycle shop to anyone looking to buy bikes or have bikes worked on or scooters. Rare find of a family owned atmosphere and well worth my charge!!
