Very solid store. People tend to know stuff about cars who work there which is great. Prices seem to be similar to autozone.

It's one of my favorite store for my automotive needs. I really appreciate them for lending tools for free. Especially some special tools cost hundreds of dollars to buy.

The young man who assisted me was very friendly and explained the warranty very well. I bought a battery for a 2007 Corolla.

For being a HUB store, they don't know how to work as a team. Only two employees working on the sales floor, I waited over 30 mins in line to checkout. If I knew this, I could have drove few more miles and go to the competitors where all employees working have a sense of urgency to help out. There's a bunch of staff working in the back, most likely they're not cross trained to help out the retail side of the operation.

I bought a battery in Sept of 2020 ,,it just recently failed ,,I waited in The long line like everyone else ,,when time for my turn I asked a simple question ,,can you please look up when my warranty expired ,,the woman can’t tell if she was old or young but she was definitely rude,,she looked up my account and she said the system had no recollection of my battery ,,and made a comment are you sure you bought it here ,,and made the rude comment because there’s other stores and named the stores there’s auto zone, Napa ,,etc,,, I’m like yes I bought it here it’s a O’Reilly Brand ,,then she’s like well it’s not in system let me help the rest of customers and the. I’ll get to you ,,by that time there was lime10 people behind me ,,waited and waited until i finally left and went to buy a battery else where one employee are kool but some just have preferred and social for others,, looked like she was having the laughing contest on the phone ,,this was the location on Harbor and Westminster,,my question is why ask for phone number if the don’t reward anything can’t find nothing ,,and at same time give you an additional audited ,,I’ll rather source my parts out instead of going to this location again

Sometimes there are 15 people in line and one serving, plus there are some people who have no knowledge. For example, I asked which oil is thicker, they didn't have an answer, I asked for some good break pads and they gave some bad ones that made noise all the time, I changed them at the auto zone.
