I went there today 09/23/23 to wash my car. The machine kept spitting their coins out. After 5 mins, I finally get the machine to accept the coins. I selected soap and started to hose down the car. There was hardly any soap come out. I sprayed the car with my ceramic soap then proceeded to use their brush with whatever soap oozing out of the brush. A guy (I think his name is Marc P. Ces) came over and started yelling and told me I couldn't use my soap with their brush. I started to observe him and he went into other washing bays being used by other asian customer. My car recorded my whole washing process from the start to the end, including harassment by this Marc guy, who is living in Tustin. I have no desire to visit this business again as the cost is more expensive than other places in Tustin. Working up a complaint to file against Oasis Car Wash Inc. and will file next week for discrimination. This business, Oasis Car Wash, Inc., falsely filed statement of information with Secretary of State to evade service.

Great stop if you're near by. The bays are kept clean, now walking anywhere else is tough. Bring some non slip shoes. The front is like being on ice, the vacuum stations are awesome!

Absolutely awesome car wash I mainly like that the spotless water actually works which means they really take care of replacing the water filters which is very convinient when Im short on time and dont want to dry the car. The only down is it can be quite packed from 2pm to around 7 pm which just proves how good it is

This place can get really busy so make sure you account for wait time if you decide to come here. But I wouldn't. First, I don't think the pricing is that good. The base rate here is a quarter/token for 24 seconds and it just scales up, no extra time for more money. I ended up paying $5 for just 8 minutes. Second, you can't pay direct with cash or card at the bay. You have to convert to tokens first. I hate this because the timer starts going after the first 5 tokens ($1.25 is the minimum payment) and I'm stuck inserting the remaining 15 as fast as I can.Water pressure from the nozzle felt fine to me. It's also nice that they have clips on the wall for washing floor mats. During main operating hours, they also have an attendant. It's not the worst place and it's certainly very popular based on the lines I see, but I just think there are better options.

First time ever going to a car wash and chose this one since it was nearby my home. I had an excellent experience because of Marc informed me how the process works and what purpose each setting does. He was very informative and it's helpful for first-timers like myself. My car went from a dirty mess to looking as if it came brand new from the dealership. It cost 1.25 for 2 minutes and the total cost for my visit today came up to 5 dollars while only spending a little under 10 minutes of my time. I'll definitely be a regular customer here because of Marc's insightful assistance.

I've been coming to this car wash ever since I was in high school and would come with my dad to wash his vehicles. My favorite DIY car wash for sure! It's clean and they have the air gun/compressors available during certain business hours. There is now the option to pay either cash or credit card to get coins so that's pretty cool. No apple pay though. My coins do tend to get stuck in the machine often lately and thankfully I always carry a tweezer with me and I'm able to get my coins. Suggestion: Fix those machines. They don't let you bring buckets to use your own soap, so dont get upset if they tell you something. It's a policy. There is usually a staff member working on site which I like. Usually, I get my car nice and clean with vacuuming for $10 and I don't have to tip anyone :) .

I put a $10 thinking ill get change and NOPE! TOKENS ONLY! i dont even live locally so these tokens are worthless! I feel like ive been swindled. What a dishonest practice to swindle customers out of their change. 1 STAR!

Very, very solid (and clean!) self-serve car wash station. The cost is $1.25 to start for 2 minutes worth of wash time. Any additional minute is $1. Tip: you are better off paying the $1.25 to start for 2 minutes, letting the time right out, and then paying another $1.25 for another 2 minutes vs putting in more coins to extend your session. There are five car wash stations. I've been here a couple times and both times there were no lines. There is also an on-site attendant in case you have any issues. You can pay directly using quarters, or exchange your bills for coins. I believe you can also use credit card but not sure if there are any added fees.Vacuum is $1/minute.I appreciate how this business is always clean and appears to be well-kept. Also seems pretty safe as it is along a main road.
