Called five times. Three times someone picked up and hung up right away. Two times, went to voicemail. Going to Lavish down the block; same prices and they know how to pick up the phone and set an appointment.

Came here last minute for a pedicure and Brian the owner is super nice and welcoming He does the job super quick and gets you out in less than an hour! Definitely coming back Thank you Brian !

I have been going to Brian at Natural Nails for a few months now and I am so glad I found him! His salon is 2 mins from my home so it is super convenient. I haven't been to him much lately because I smashed a finger in a door and had to wait for it to fall off and grow back some.. gross. I really wanted French tip today and I explained to Brian that I needed my set to be super short because of it and because of work. He told me not to worry and did his thing. No pressure to go longer or go a solid color, just did an amazing job. Plus his prices are incredibly competitive. Won't go anywhere else now.

Brian does great work. My last nail shop did not meet my expectations, poor nail form, they all lifted and popped off within a week, theynever listened to what I wanted. I explained to Brian what I wanted for my nail shape and wants. His work was precise and he NAILED it!!! Thanks Brian for the amazing nails I love them!

I try to figure out some new nails shop and this one is the first one I tried. I was searching for reviews before coming here but almost the reviews from 2-3 years ago. Make sure you booked an appointment before you arrived. He is friendly and nice. Price is moderate, affordable. Would come again!

There are various nail salons on Harbor boulevard but this one is definitely a hidden gem. Overall happy with the end result and service. A place to go back to.

I have been coming to Brian's shop for years. I would drive from Corona just to get my nails done. He is quick and does such a great job. I always recommend him, when i get asked "who does your nails?"

First off. Wow. Brian. Is. Amazing. So this is my first time here and he absolutely made it an AMAZING experience! Got a full stiletto acrylic set for 45$!! 3 different colors, and I'd say long in length. He's Very conversational and honestly just wants to do his best job! OHHH AND!! These are the thinnest acrylic nails I've ever gotten! Idk about you, but every place I've been to makes acrylic nails look so fake and thick but NOT Brian! unless of course you like thicker then he'll do whatever for you! But I personally do like thin acrylic nails!

Brian is absolutely the BEST!!!! He always gives me the best shape. My nails look so natural that my friends ask me if they're my own, you can't tell they're acrylic. Brian has great customer service, you can tell that he genuinely wants you to be happy with his work. I highly recommend Brian!

I went here on a weekend simply to get a simple manicure and pedicure. I was greeted pretty well with the proper procedures to maintain a business during the pandemic season. I was pretty disappointed in how I was treated in the shop however, the manager was very low quality and I ended up reading from a one or two of my nails during the manicure and no apology was heard. The pedicure was also subpar and was not quality work. The whole session was seemingly hurried and uncomfortable to sit for. I don't see myself coming back to the shop and I do not recommend going for yourself or your significant other. My significant other was also disappointed in the work that was done. The staff was not very nice or therapeutic to talk to either.
