Always long line always only one out two teller minimum wait time in line is thirty minutes. And this branch is always crowded. Then I came back at lunch time still busy but there were four tellers with one more at the waiting line. Things went fast and smooth. Great job!

Bank of America is a financial institution that has been serving customers for many years. However, based on my recent experiences and observations, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this particular branch due to safety concerns and unsatisfactory customer service. 1. Safety Concerns and Security: It is with great concern that I must advise against using the ATM at this Bank of America branch, especially if you find yourself alone. There have been recent incidents of robbery and even a tragic shooting resulting in loss of life. The surrounding area is known for its high crime rate, making it an unsafe environment for banking transactions. If you do choose to visit this branch, I strongly urge you to bring along a few trusted individuals to ensure your safety. It is worth noting that criminals may be lurking nearby, waiting for an opportunity to rob unsuspecting customers. Exercise extreme caution. 2. Customer Service Experience: Regrettably, my attempts to contact the Bank of America branch via phone were met with severe disappointment. On ten separate occasions, no one bothered to answer my calls. It is astonishing that a financial institution of this size and reputation would allow such a fundamental aspect of customer service to fall so short. The lack of responsiveness and the frustration caused by unanswered calls is deeply disheartening. Clearly, there is a dire need for improved communication and engagement with customers. In order to rectify these issues, it is evident that the Bank of America branch in question requires a competent and proactive manager. An individual with the skills to effectively address safety concerns, implement appropriate security measures, and prioritize customer satisfaction is essential. A more efficient and responsive customer service team would greatly enhance the banking experience and restore confidence in the institution. It is important to note that Bank of America, as a whole, has a wide network of branches across the country and offers a range of services. However, this specific branch's shortcomings, including safety concerns and poor customer service, cannot be overlooked. It is advisable to consider other branches or alternative banking options in the area until these issues are adequately addressed and resolved. In conclusion, based on the recent events and my personal experiences, I do not recommend visiting the Bank of America branch mentioned in this review without taking significant precautions. The safety risks associated with the location, coupled with the lackluster customer service, detract from the overall banking experience. It is my hope that the management will take immediate action to address these concerns and improve the branch's safety and customer service standards.

Needed to grab some cash. TAM the bank Manager greeted me at the line to streamline the waiting process. This location is fast and friendly. I only had to wait in line 5 min in a Monday morning, superb!!!! My bank teller YEN was so friendly and explained how to make a faster service for next time. She was thoughtful to the customers also in the line before me too. The was 3 bank tellers to service the clients and several bank officers for loan/safety deposit/open-close account ect services. The bank was clean, and organized. The seating area was comfortable for anyone waiting. The 2 security guards on the outside of the building, really make things secure and safe for all the customers and employees.

Ill give a zero if ot wasnt for Dat Truong, rudest and laziest bank ive been in. They offers free notary, i made a typing mistake. Bank has no printer so i was told, i told him ill be back in 20 minutes. He said itll be fine, ran and came back in. Hes now in an appointment. They gave me dat truong, he made copies and revised it and provided me with me a copy. So....the bank does have a printer.....terrible customers service by the first guy for sure...wasted an hour of the customer's time when he couldve done it in 30 seconds......and im a preferred customers thatve been with the bank for 20 years.

What I'm more concerned about this place is not the rude and unprofessional employees. I'll care about that later. What I mostly care about is safety at this place. Two people have been killed here by people who want their money. Makes me nervous as hell. This place should here more and more security guards instead of one, because a year and a half ago, I saw only one security guard here. The most recent one was back in 2019. Security cameras caught the whole thing on camera but are unable to save her. Two years later, my mother wanted to go to this place, but grew really hesitant because of the incident back in 2019 and she asked me and my brother to accompany her to this bank for her safety. If you obviously don't want to get robbed and killed at this place, then I would suggest that you go to a different Bank of America with better security and much better workers there. if you can't, well I suggest that you could bring in a legalised self-defence weapon.

WORST BANK YOU COULD POSSIBLY GO TO!!! I was leaving the Target across the street and had some coins rolled up that I needed to exchange for cash. I searched the closest bank, which was this BoA financial center. I called the number for the branch at 9:07 AM, and no one answers the phone and there is no way to direct to an operator who will answer. So I am forced to go into the branch to get an answer to my inquiry. I make my way over to BoA and as I am walking in, I ask the security guard outside if they accept coins at this branch, he said if they are rolled up, they will. I then ask the incompetent bank worker holding a tablet at the front entrance inside, he says that they can do that and to wait in line. He did not ask if I banked with them or not, he simply said that they could help and to wait in line. After waiting 15 minutes to be called to the window, they don't say "Hello" or "good morning," they say "what do you need?" Very snappy. I tell the rude teller my request and they don't even let me finish without cutting me off, asking, "Do you have an account here?" I tell them, no, that I am only interested exchanging coins for cash and that I was not depositing or withdrawing. The teller then snapped back, rudely, "well you need an account so we can help you. If you don't have an account, then please move aside." I then told her that my family has business accounts with BoA and asked her if there was a way that they can call any of my relatives to confirm that we do indeed bank with them so that I could do the simple exchange. She refused and said no, we cannot do that. She then said they have to be present. I thought that was very peculiar since my elderly grandmother, who also has an account with BoA, has not been to a bank since the pandemic started, yet my mother is still able to pull cash for her without her presence. I told them that they do not need my family member to be there to confirm that my relative has a bank account with them. All they have to do is call them at their place of business and confirm over the phone, like they would on a phone call. The teller refused to seek out other options to help me and was trying to rush me and said, "please step aside so I can help the people who have an account with us." Instead of offering me to open an account, at a minimum, so that I may be able to get the services I am requesting handled, they were just being dismissive and essentially pushing me aside. I said, "no, I am not leaving, get me a manager because that is not how you treat people, regardless of holding an account here or not." She again tried to cut me off as soon as I said "manager" and said that the manager was busy, even though the manager had literally been behind her and was walking by. I told her that, "I don't care, and I will wait for the manager here." She rolled her eyes and begrudgingly got her manager. The manager was even more rude and did not even try to remedy the situation. She came to the teller window with obviously annoyed body language. She was also very short with me and not trying to let me talk and also being dismissive. Plus to top it all off, as I was walking out, the fellow who was sitting on his thumb with the tablet made a disrespectful remark under his breath in a condescending/mocking manner, "you could go to Walmart to change out your coins." When I asked him to repeat what he had said to me, he cowered back into his post and said, " oh I didn't say anything." I see where the training of the employees of this branch comes from. If management is rude and non-hospitable, their subordinates will be as well. In short, no one wanted to help me or was trying to help me. Every single bank I've walked into that I did not have an account with and asked to exchange money has always said that it was okay, as long as it wasn't large amounts of money. I went to a local Chase (where I don't have an account, as well) and they took th

Bad service. They treat customer like trash, very rude and no help. One manager didn't respect elders and didn't want to help. If you have a choice don't go to this branch.

My dad went to this place to cash out some money like always. He was going to cash out some money to buy us some food but it took he as so i thought it was him taking a while. But once he got home he explained to me about the service there and why it took him ages! He said "There was a very long line, but once it was my turn to get cash (something E.D.D) they looked at my card and told me that they weren't going to accept it!" What kind of service is that! He went here 3 times! They told him to use the machine instead but he waited in line for "Use the machine instead sir" that's stupid I know during this time places don't accept certain people or something but he was going to get cash and then buy food for his family. My dad had to drive all the way to School First (service great! ). Bank of America needs to work on their service!

Can't remember the name of the employee that was helping me get some stuff signed, but he was completely rude and seemed completely annoyed. I almost didn't even want to ask a single question because I felt like it was gonna make visit more unpleasant. Thought the employees are supposed to make the guest feel welcomed and cared for, not the other way around

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received when I came into the branch on Friday to deposit cash into my personal account. I came in and filled out a deposit slip and handed my cash and the deposit slip to Han. From the beginning of the transaction Han did not have a friendly demeanor. Han looked annoyed unfolding the groupings of money. After Han ran the bills through the bill checker one of the $20 was not accepted, and so she ran the money through the bill checker again and the same $20 was rejected. She held it up and said something to the effect of "This is not real." It wasn't a sentiment of "Oh I'm sorry it looks like one of the bills isn't being accepted." It came off very accusative. I asked to see the bill and when I saw it I agreed that the bill looked suspicious which at point I did not argue, I simply asked to deposit the remaining amount, and to have the bill back so I could take it back to the vendor and see if I could resolve the issue. At this point Han said she can not give counterfeit money back the bank needs to keep it and file a report. I have never heard of this policy before so I asked her to hold while I make a phone call to confirm with a family member what I should do. After my phone call, I complied and agreed if that is the banks policy than I would comply and would take the paperwork the bank provides me. Han proceeded to fill out the necessary paperwork, and handed me a new deposit slip to fill out as the total deposit amount would now change. The during this whole time there was no sentiment of sympathy for my situation just silence. I was the one who was going to be out $20 because someone gave me a fake $20, and she didn't try to put me at ease and make me feel better about the situation by saying something like... oh this happens more than you would think. There are a lot of counterfeit bills being circulated during the holidays, i'm really sorry about the situation and we will try to help provide you with any documentation you need. Again the air was very felt very uncomfortable. I have worked retail in the past and when a customers card is declined, I always try to make the customer feel better by saying "oh maybe its the magnetic strip on your card" "oh it could be a system error", the way Han handled the transaction I felt like she thought I slipped a fake $20 into my deposit to try to cheat Bank of America. How simple would I have to be to counterfeit money and put it into my own account? I'm disappointed with the service that I received. I am bringing business to Bank of America. We should be working together as partners, but on Friday the sentiment was that we aren't on the same side, we aren't a team. If Han was a above and beyond teller, at the point where a second deposit slip needed to be filled out for the adjustment of the total she would have handled it for me. All my information was already on the original deposit slip, the only thing she would have had to change was the total. Again the whole time the transaction was taking place I felt like I was inconveniencing her with my problem. During the transaction I felt so uncomfortable I texted my friend, "I'm at the bank depositing cash, and I don't like the way that the teller is looking at me, I might call corporate." I left Bank of America feeling very angry. Angry that I let the bank make me feel like a criminal when I did nothing wrong. I believe that you should always give your customers the benefit of the doubt. At the point where one of the bills is rejected, there is a 50/50 chance that I am a victim of counterfeit or the perpetrator, but your policy should always be to remain courteous and helpful regardless of how you feel inside. It was clear on that day that your teller thought I was a bad player, and even now on Monday days later I am still offended. I want you to know after careful deliberation I will be closing my account with Bank of America, and I am glad my primary banking business was never wit

This bank is one of the most slow customer services with laziest staffs that I have ever met. I am in the lobby right now and waiting to withdraw some money. It has 3 customers reps greeting customers and 1 bank teller to serve customers. I have been here at the end of the line of 6 people and not a single person has been served yet. Please don't go to this branch for business because you would have to be in a very long waiting process to do banking business. You are wasting your valuable time for only 1 TELLER.
