I’m new to WIC and had my 1st shopping experience here and I am never going back! Horrible customer service, it shouldn’t be that way if you have WIC at your liquor store knowing you will have families shopping here. If you’re not friendly with good customer service and willing to help people (FAMILIES) in a kindly manner then you shouldn’t be running this business period. The products are super dusty and everything is dirty. They don’t have fresh produce and it’s way more expensive than actual grocery stores at this location. I was also scanned for an item I didn’t even get and when I addressed it to the worker she said it was the same price as another item that I didn’t even get which is just a no no.

Lack of service it’s so horrible inside 2 men sitting down in the middle of the shop/liquor store without a mask.

This was my favorite WIC store until it changed ownership. The new owners are rude and lack customer service. Stay away from this place.

If I could put ZERO stars, I would!! Came here today to purchase my daughter's formula with WIC after searching the Targets nearby that were all out of stock. First thing I saw when I walked in was a very young Asian girl sitting at the table straight ahead. I was not greeted by a worker. The little girl legit had to get up to tell the worker in the back I was there. A young Asian woman walked towards the register as she was ON HER PHONE. She asked me "yes?" with her cell phone to her ear. I told her I need formula and I have WIC. She told me "I can't do WIC for two weeks." And I left. I was very disappointed and angry. My daughter was very low on formula at home so I was in a rush. Had to drive to HB and go to the target there. Do NOT recommend this bullsh*t place with very, very un-professionalism.

Good selection of baby food; my only complaint was the cigarette smoking allowed next to a mom and baby store.
