I want to extend my thanks to the Metro by T-Mobile store (on Chapman in Garden Grove). I've been coming in here for years. Every time I come in Mr. G and Erika are very pleasant and professional with all the customers. I really appreciate the help that I get when I buy a phone or any accessories. Mr. G and Erika are always knowledgeable. Thank you again to Mr. G and Erika at Metro by T-Mobile store on Chapman Ave. (in G.G.)

Do business here regularly. Kept calling this morning to ask a question and whoever is working today blocked my number from calling the store phone. Horrible customer service!

Yes,I have been a customer of METRO by TMobile -13058 CHAPMAN Ave,(garden Grove) for over one year now. The MGMT is led by the capable miss Alejandra and is extremely outstanding.She has 13 years of cell phone experience and provides exceptional customer service.In my opinion,she is the number one branch mgr in Orange county. She is knowledgeable and experienced in all the cell problems I have eve0r had.She explains things well,so I never have any concerns. I am really impressed with her management capabilities. I can heartfully recommend this branch of METRO by TMobile to anyone wanting to receive far above good service. She does not disappoint,service wise. Seriously-Thank you ,a happy customer at 13058 CHAPMAN(next to 7/11).

It was a good place 3 years ago but as of recent it has gone downhill and has made me rethink Metro or even T-Mobile. The new owner is rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and doesn't speak English nor Spanish well. White, Hispanic, and black customers (anyone who is not from his country) are regularly discriminated against by the owner. I am considering switching to Verizon or AT&T as a result and I do not mind paying a little more for better service if I have to, because in the end you may actually end up paying less

Came here on vacay and my 4 year old phone finally gave up the ghost. Stopped by and got to meet Yong, a very knowledgeable, accomodating young man who was eager to help. I was in and out in less than 15 mins with a new phone, case and heavily discounted screen protector. Ive been a metro customer for 11 years and this was the best experience ive had. Thanks Yong!
