We bought a mattress for our 4 year old. Kim helped us out and went through all of our options. Our mattress was delivered two days later and so far we have been tremendously pleased. I think this is a wonderful opportunity to buy from a small business that is honest, upfront, and reasonably priced.

Vincent was super friendly and helped me to find a mattress that fit both my needs and my budget. He helped explain the different types of mattresses that they had, along with the pros and cons of each. I was originally going to order from an online brand, but I'm glad that I ended up going here in person instead. The purchasing process was smooth, and I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another. I have my complimentary delivery set up for a couple of days from now.

Vincent that helped me is a great guy helped me find the mattress I wanted and explained everything I needed to know didn't pressure me and was very honest and made sure everything was perfect and satisfying to me very friendly and he actually came out to my house to make sure the mattress I wanted was the right mattress I would go back and buy my kids mattresses thanks again Vincent much appreciated and I'm glad I chose your store instead of the other 2 I went before you thank you again.

I love Matress Planet Vincent the owner is really nice and super accommodating. I had a problem with a Simmons beauty rest and he took care of the problem right away and I'm getting my new mattress on Tuesday. In fact I chose a different brand. I really recommend this establishment he cares about his customers

Vincent is a great guy bought my mattress from him he explained what kind of a sleeper I was and explained about the mattresses and told me how they work it was my first time buying my mattress and he answered all my questions and didn't force me to buy and when I thought I got wrong mattress he even came to my house to check on it he's a good guy would recommend definitely I'm gonna go back and get my kids mattresses cause they don't like the ones they got so highly recommend

My parents are very happy with the mattress, and remember, the mattress could be expensive but money can buy it.....However, money can NOT buy your backbone, and you have only ONE backbone to live with

There's a shortage of inventory because of Covid and the port situation. But I was able to get what I needed and the customer service was excellent. Efficient, kind and straight to the task at hand, which I told them I needed.

We just bought a living room set from Mattress Planet and from the beginning to the end, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. The living room furniture set is beautiful, looks exactly as it showed in the catalog and is good quality. Kim from Mattress Planet helped us and was very pleasant to work with. She gave us free delivery, free stainguard protection and was definitely not pushy and didn't apply pressure when we were trying to decide which one to get or even to get one at all. Definitely recommend. We will be returning to them for our future needs
