Magda was an absolute delight to work with. Not only was she incredibly kind \u0026 welcoming, but also very knowledgeable. I am now a 1099 and had lots of questions. She patiently provided me with answers and even gave me tips on what to keep receipts of for next time. This is the second time that I have come to this location (last year was with Ellie) and both times have excellent experience. P.S. Manager Alton was super helpful with coordinating an appointment to accommodate my crazy schedule. I highly recommend this team. Thanks Liberty Tax, Garden Grove location ?

Beyond satisfied!! Angela is just a saint. she's amazing with her customer service skills. makes you feel very comfortable and definitely stress free process. I've had a headache all year with my previous taxpayer. Angela really went out of her way to make me feel at ease. I will definitely be returning.

Really rude lady working here. Let her know I can make an appointment or come at a later date since I forgot some documents. She was rude while I was perfectly polite to her. I work in customer service and I never give customers attitude even if I’m tired or having a bad day. Not coming here again.
