BEWARE. Read the reviews! Had multiple sliders and windows replaced. ALL of the windows were missing the aluminum reinforcement inside the casings. All of the windows WOBBLE and FLEX. My contractor figured out that they were cheating customers by not including the required aluminum reinforcement within window casings after opening up one of the casings. After weeks of trying to get a hold of the owner we were only able to get them to replace the casings for the sliders. We are considering legal action. I I I wish I had read the reviews here, there are other past clients who are already in litigation.

The lady that helped us was rude and not helpful at all. She was talking as if we were d**** He had a brown shirt long hair. It’s also over priced here, stay away.

I would like to thank Lexmark for a job well done. I had a large patio door that needed to be replaced. Due to the large size, all the quotes I received were very high. I'm glad I found Lexmark. They gave me the best price without sacrificing quality. The door was delivered to me within a week and the installation only took about 3 hours.Thank you again

We had aluminum dual pane old 1995 windows and we could feel the wind draft and lots of noise. After 3 estimates from 3 different companies Lexmark was the best one. The owner came down to our house and showed us their product and measured all my 20 windows and gave me an estimate before I said yes. He never pressured me to say yes but it was the best decision. He had all our 20 windows ready to be installed within in a week. The day of the installation everything went smooth and their work was professionally done, because I was there observing every step. All 20 windows were installed the same day. They sealed all the windows properly, they put isolation foam between the gaps, and on the outside they used commercial strength sealer. On the inside they finished our windows with a nice clean vinyl trim. Believe me, I've seen other windows work and they don't look as good and well done as the work they do. Also after installing our new windows we notice on the first day the outside noise was reduce tremendously. The house maintains a good temperature now and we are extremely happy with their service. We are definitely recommending Lexmark to friends and family.

Our window broke a few weeks ago. We shopped around for quotes. lexmark had the best prices and it was easy from start to finish. Christian Girón was very helpful, punctual, and skillful. My window is excellent call and ask for Christian G.

Do not use this company. We got our windows installed in December. Each time it rains water gets into the house. They have come out to try to fix it and still having the same problem. I have emailed and called so many times. No one gets backs to me. I just sent another email a few minutes ago. I have so many pictures and videos of the water damage to our floors and the frame around the sliding door.

Not sure why there are bad reviews because I was pretty happy with my experience. The turnaround time is super quick. They customized 11 windows for me in less than a week. And they installed all of them in a day. One window had broken glass but they replaced it quickly. The quality seems good, and no different than what you'd get with Milgard (except it's half the price). I worked with Ernesto who was very nice.Also, the new windows have reduced outside noise by at least 30% and my house stays warmer. I also noticed my view to the outside is a lot clearer than it was when I had my old windows.

Rey at Lexmark is very friendly and professional, provides quality windows. Best prices guaranteed. Nothing but 5 stars for this company. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!!! They even have very professional installers that clean up after themselves when done with the installs. We had 2 sliding doors and 6 large size windows installed. Thanks Rey. Hope to do business again in the near future...

Company that does horrible work, does not keep guaranteed warranty, deceptive, and horrible communication.He installed sliding glass doors in the home we bought, on the first rain of the season both door frames started leaking.He promised our seller a 5 year warranty. He told our seller he would send repair personnel over, those people never came.After multiple calls he answered once and said he had already sent people over, I asked for the date and time and told him those people never came as we were home at the said date and time, I also reviewed all our cameras and did not see any one. He promised another date and time and no one came on the promised appointment time.My husband and I called and texted over 20 times, left voicemails to him and his assistant and never got a call back.Do not use this company

Lexmark Windows is now being sued over their deceptive business practices facing a civil trial in Orange County. They are being sued for breach of contract and substandard workmanship and for failure to honor warranty promises. They were asked by my attorney to produce a Contractors license because we were not able to find any license associated with Lexmark online. They are being investigated and a complaint with the Contractors Licensing Board is pending. My contractor stated the windows Lexmark built are missing security blocks which mean an intruder can pop off windows from outside. My home is not safe because of poorly constructed windows , my windows are leaking and possibly exposing us to health hazard with possibility of mold development. It's been a nightmare. Shame on you Lexmark Windows. The public deserves better. You get what you pay for. These cheap windows are the most expensive mistake I have made.

What's up Everyone! Lexmark is by far the best in town. I'm impressed on the top notch work Reyes and company do. I deal with tons of professionals on a daily basis and I can say with pride that Lexmark is a company that will grow into having multiple locations in south California. Windows are Extremely beautiful! Installation is in a blink of an eye, meaning so fast you thinks it impossible. Price is phenomenal, not only it's a third of competitors but beyond believable. I was hesitant at first but once I saw the showroom and went to production floor I felt at ease. I can honestly say Lexmark has won my service. Keep up the outstanding work! Thank you Lexmark!!!Anyone who's interested give them a try and be ready to be surprised.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is unreliable. Goodluck getting them on the phone to get info! And if you do manage to reach someone do not believe it when they say they will call you back, that is their stall tactic. We got a whole slew of excuses (they even tried to say we had already picked up our order)and even got hung up on more than once. When my windows finally arrived I saw the corners had flaws (where you have to do the 45 degree cut) and dents in the frames. Not worth the headache
