This is the closest gym to my home so I have been coming here for years but lately the Sauna is just disgusting. Some members eat inside the sauna and leave the peels behind and napkins, others sit naked on the benches without using a towel. While I understand these are the members doing, I wish the gym management would enforce a sauna etiquette and be on top of the cleaning more often throughout the day.

One of the members told us that we get a free month pass for guests and he said he will offer it to us after working out. after when we were done, we spoke to a guy who works at the front computer desk and then he said we don't qualify for one month free even though both of my brothers are members. He tried to charge me 20 dollars for one day and was rude. I had very bad experience, never coming back or considering a membership with la fitness, especially at this location. They shouldn't have let me or workout or promise me of membership after workout. Very unprofessional

Great gym. Lots of machines and free weights. Lots of free space for different training. Was there during rash hour but was able to complete all my training easily.

Totally disorganized. They made two appoints to give us a tour. Both times upon arrival for the tour, they said they had no record of the appointed tour, that nobody was available to give us the tour that they had told us to show up for!
Very busy. Machines all being used. Parking jamed!

People complain too much these days. Honestly, this is a great gym with a good staff. That being said, this review is long overdue, but well deserved. I've worked out with personal trainers at various LA Fitness locations, but I really admire the knowledge and serious technique that Victor implemented during our sessions. I dropped 3% body fat in the first 3 months of training with him after I confirmed a bunch information with him about diet and nutrition that I had learned online, and my deadlifts went from 90 lbs to 155 lbs in a matter of months. I ASKED HIM ABOUT: -Creatine -Intermittent fasting (12-12, 8-16, etc) -Calorie budgets deficits/ surplus -Nutritional timing -Macro splits -Resources for diet/exercises that he finds credible Moreover, as someone who has always struggled with accountability, having someone like Victor was a game changer. I'm not motivated by trainers who don't have a technical background. I can't work with him anymore due to scheduling conflicts, but he's worth it if you put in the work. Definitely come with a list of questions because he's filled with knowledge and can dispel any misinformation you may have found online.

This is my gym. Love it! Great staff at the front desk. Always friendly and helpful. Management are almost always there and ready to help the members with any issues. I bought a new phone and forgot my login credentials and Operations manager Andrew took care of it in like 30 seconds. Top notch trainers here. Always friendly and knowledgeable. This gym has a sense of community to it and I felt welcome immediately. I've made way too many friends here!

This is a very average LAF in terms of equipment and classes. They added powerlifting platforms and plates recently, so that was cool. The AM staff are kind and work hard. The biggest issue with this club relates to facilities. The power went out recently closing the club and they have endless plumbing issues.

I've had the worst service this morning. I had my initial consultation scheduled this morning at 9 am. Before 6 am, I was then notified of a power outage till 10 am. I requested a 10 am appointment. I wasn't communicated back in regards about rescheduling till 9:43 am. I am not happy and will find another gym. You lost me LA FITNESS as a new customer.
