It's true what everyone is saying in the reviews. They make good shocks....but that's it.... they're not even great. Their customer service is hot garbage. I received an suspension kit from one of their main distributors with the wrong hardware. The distributor AccuTune told me that King will not respond to any request to fix the issue. Paid several thousand dollars and can't finish the install because king refuses to help. I've called king multiple times and days and left messages with Erin. She keeps telling me that Tony is not available and will call me back. It's been over a month now and I still can't get Tony on the phone. Guess I'll be charging back this entire order through my credit card now. This issue was an easy fix and you could've had a happy customer. Just because King have a big following doesn't mean it's good. They just spend a lot on marketing. You're better off going somewhere else. Learn from my mistake.

Just got off the phone with Tony at King Offroad Racing Shocks. Needed to get a part to get me back on the road and Tony took care of it right away. Can’t say enough about King’s product and service. Thanks again, Tony!

Its a good thing King has a following because their customer service sucks!! 5 months and finally got my shocks from the shop that ordered them. They showed up without finned reservoirs, I made a simple call to King to talk about it and was told that "its not my problem, call the shop that placed the order" my order sheet was correct and was just trying to get it worked out. Probably go another route for shocks on the next truck we do.

My dream suspension setup. The store front lobby was super clean. Get some King swag here. The staff was super cool and answered all my questions. They were nice enough to give me a tour around the shop. Awesome setup they have. When my suspension goes out, I'm getting King.

For being such a reputable product, their customer service SUCKS! My first experience was last November when I took my rear shocks in for a rebuild. Everytime I called to follow up on when they'd be ready, they kept bouncing me around from rep to rep and putting me on hold. Then they'd tell me that they'll call me back and never would. Fast forward a few months and I took my front shocks in for a rebuild. They told me turn around time would be 2 weeks at the latest, but maybe sooner. I called 2 days prior to the due date to make sure they'd be ready on time, as I was on a schedule to put them on my truck for an event, and was told they'd be ready. The morning I was suppose to pick them up I called again, and was told they were short staffed because half their employees went to vegas for some race. Apparently they need to holt their assembly line and stop business so they can send 50% of their staff to a race. I just called a few days later and was told they should be ready in another week or so. Horrible service. On that alone I would never buy king shocks again. Much rather buy from a company that respects their customers.

If you want true race bred tech and quality, King is the only choice. Had nothing but good experiences with the off road race teams I have worked with their fully custom products and only good things to day with and the consumer products on my on highway vehicles that get a bit of off-road use.

Most people are complaining about the pandemic disaster that they can not afford $200 there is no job so I saw a review about Trey Loudis on investment tried it without a $1,000. 00 even though they are lower cost of investment. starting from the range of $500 but I got a multiplication of my funds to over $10,000.00 in a week time it's magical because I never believe until I gave it a trial that is why I need to post an epistle of this online.

I had some king 2.5’s w/adjusters on my 4runner and loved them so much so that when I got my tundra I knew I wanted them. So I figured while I upgraded my truck I would upgrade the shocks to the 3.0 w/adjusters. Well I ordered them back in January of this year. I was initially given a lead time of 12 weeks. Awesome. This review is only for the customer service for their apparel site. Be careful when you order from their website. If you email them that you got the wrong item, they respond with the same questions when they can obviously see the conversation trail in the email. Anyways. I ordered a whole bunch of T-shirts and was sent the wrong color. You would think it would be a simple fix. Nope!!! It's about a month later and still no answer to how I can swap the shirt for the one I actually ordered. I did get an email saying they will send it with my new order. Why would I order again when getting the correct order isn't even for sure? I gave up on the service this site provided. All I wanted was the blue shirt to match my suspension. And they sent me green :( Again. This review is for the apparel website customer service ONLY The actual suspension kit is GREAT! Feels great on my Tundra.
