There is a reason why shops have so many customers. I've been to many other repair shops, but I've never seen a place that cares about their cars as much as this one. As we perform general maintenance and checks during oil changes, the maintenance may take a long time, so we recommend that you come as early as possible. (opens at 8 o'clock)

I don't recommend this place...I went to get an oil change. He said that I need to change my air filter...He said it was $35 but they changed to $50. it was not cut the price. I waited 3 hours for the oil change and they just yelled at me that I cut the price when they deliberately raised it. Need to work on customer service.

I encountered an unpleasant and upsetting incident here last Tuesday.
Even if you go to this place in the afternoon on a weekday, you have to wait for 2 to 3 hours, so I ordered 3 cars - along with my wife and daughter - early in the morning. My wife's car received service first. When the business owner opened the hood for inspection, straw was scattered everywhere in the engine room. When my wife saw that, she picked up each straw and threw it on the floor, but the business owner got angry and shouted, “Don’t throw it away!”
The embarrassed wife hurriedly sat down on the floor, picked up a straw, and got up. To such a wife, the business owner said in a cold voice, “I can’t work today. Isn’t he saying firmly, “Please come back tomorrow.”
The wife was holding the straw she had picked up from the floor with both hands, her eyes were red and she repeatedly apologized, but the business owner was ruthless.
I was so angry at the owner's behavior that I had no choice but to get out of the car. How can I, as the head of a family, endure a situation like this where my wife is belittled and belittled? After experiencing the abuse of power by the owner, whom I had only heard about at the place where I had left my family's vehicle for the past 18 years, I was devastated. I never want to go again.
Looking at the reviews of ‘Kim’s Auto’, it seems like this is not the first time the owner has insulted a customer... It seems like the arrogance has disappeared due to the overflow of customers. As someone who has run my own business, I believe that all commercial activities involve providing services and goods to customers and receiving compensation accordingly. Therefore, it is important to treat guests properly. Because in the end, customers are basically the ones who ‘feed’ the people at the business (owner, employees, etc.).
‘Kim’s Auto’ business owners, please keep this in mind...

The owner is kind, friendly, and professional. The price is also reasonable. They try to adhere honesty. I live about 20 miles away from the auto shop, but it's still worth it!!

Replaced my distributer on my 98’ civic but I couldn’t properly tune it. Mr. Kim did it in less that 10 minutes and helped diagnose a number of other issues for an incredibly fair price. Kind man, excellent mechanic. 10/10 recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Genuinely kindhearted and affordable quality work! 2018 Ford F150 work truck was making rly weird sounds with the brakes and sometimes even when not braking. Took it in to the nearest body repair shop and they kept calling to add new repairs and replacements (including the air filter, of course) and in the end tried charging $1,400 for just the leaking strut in front and damaged shock needing replacements. Before moving forward, we wanted to get a second opinion and my mom used to come here all the time, so we tried it! Gave Kim's Auto a call and right away, it was already a different experience. He was very kind, asked specific questions and literally kept us posted throughout the repair process, texting photos and providing options of what we want done. In the end, the replacements/repairs was almost half of the original estimate the other shop gave and they did a perfect job - work truck been through hell but felt good as new leaving the lot!Thank you so much for your time and care and mostly, your honesty! We will def be coming back for all of our car needs : )5 stars from me!

Came in today late before closing and asked Mr Kim if can fix my AC, and said he can work with me till close. He did diagnostics to see what was going on, said there's air mixed in with the Freon. Released the air and recharged the Freon. His service is the best I've ever had, very honest and knows what they're doing. Highly recommend!
