Parking is a nightmare, too crowded, not happy with how Kaiser is handling the scheduling. They should be better than this for the amount of money they bring in.

First day coming here for the year , I had to get my blood work done and everything was smooth with checking in and waiting. The phlebotomist that withdrew my blood was really nice/sweet and maybe one of the best I've had to take my blood of the years I've been doing it !
