Great place to get a battery, unfortunately you have to bring your own tools to remove your own battery ? as a woman this is a big inconvenience. However my 5 Star review is for an employee by the name of Jesus. Jesus was kind enough to help my husband locate a tool to help remove the battery from our truck. Employees like Jesus that go out of their way, make customers like us want to return (of course, with our own tools). Thank You Jesus!

Warranty and Service. Very impressed by the promptness of their warehouse staff. Specifically, Eddy whom went out of his way to process a warranty exchange quickly. I was expecting to drop off the battery for testing and reasonable attempts to repair the battery. It was previously tested and still had sticker but nonetheless understand so many companies (and people) have lost trust due to the abuse of commonsense approaches to situations. Nonetheless, I was informed it would be a couple days. Additionally, I wasn't sure if I got it from AAA Premier Roadside or some other vendor. Luckily Eddy was able to verify purchase and handle the warranty in an extremely professional manner. I spoke with his lead and expressed the same level of thanks. Highly recommend the staff and processes that management has empowered their staff with procedures that are indeed geared towards resolutions and not excuses. Thank you.

How u go say u go get the battery then disappear on me ?? That was rude af. Bad vibes and bad energy. Seems intentional and personal. .. I don't even know them .. they treat me like I did something bad to their love ones in the past or something.

These gentlemen may never see this, but I have to express how grateful I am for their outstanding customer service, truly caring about their people. I went there in Dire Straits, the situation is not important, the fact that they stepped up and went beyond the call of duty to help does matter. Thank you, Fredo, Chris, the whole staff there, I’m sorry I can’t remember the original guy I spoke with, All of you have been wonderful and I’m very grateful. Both my daughter and I are. Definitely will never ever use another brand in yours when I need a car battery and when I can, I will be coming to you to purchase it. Well done, thank you again. Highly recommend the store to anyone who needs to replace their car battery. They do not do installation, but they will take your old battery and give you the new one when you are ready.
