He is definitely knowledgeable about the phones and services provided by T-Mobile. I'm not very tech savy HAHA, but he never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions. T-Mobile, he is an asset to your company! Give this man A RAISE! The store was to close at 8pm yesterday, and we arrived around 6:45pm so it was close to closing, but the staff never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I called prior to coming to inquire about the titanium iphone 15 Pro Max stock, and the girl on the phone (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was also very polite and friendly.
