  I have changed TV and cable carriers to AT&T. I was getting confused of conflicting information that was given to me of what was originally agreed when I purchased AT&T TV and internet. My installation date is set for April 1st and I wanted to make sure that everything was on agreement on the purchase price. I called and I was able to be connected with Ashley who is based at Las Vegas. Once she talked to me I knew I was in good hands. She multitasked several times during our conversation to get everything set according to the original plan. She have stayed on the phone and treated me as a person taking her time to make sure all the information she gave me is factual.
