They gave me a quote on how much it would be to fix my car, unfortunately the damaged caused by the other driver was much much more extensive than I thought it was. They were honest with me and that was really appreciated.

Our family has been going to Iconic Automotive now for years. We always refer our friends, co-workers and family to Iconic. There is a reason we have been loyal customers and continue to return. First off, Christian exemplifies great customer service. He has been there for years. He is always courteous, friendly, patient and professional when you call there or your there at the shop to make an appointment. Just like a hostess at a restaurant. The person at the front desk is your first and last impression of the business and may make the customer decide whether to return or not based of the level of service they received. Christian makes you return every time!Second, the quality of work they provide for maintenance and repairs beats anyone else's and I stress Quality of Work. We have 3 Honda's, a CRV, Accord and a Clarity. (They work on all Makes and Models). Whenever we have taken our vehicles in, they have always fixed/maintained our vehicles to our satisfaction, all at a reasonable prices, well below other garages and especially the Honda Dealer who would have charged us a lot more.Lastly, Iconic is reputable and honest and runs their business with high integrity. (ie) When diagnosing your issue with your car, they are upfront and honest on what the specific issue is, takes the time to explain the issue and they give you an upfront fair price for parts and labor explaining the costs. No hidden fees, no add on's, no phone calls when they have your car informing you they found another issue and its going to cost you $_______ more to fix on top of the original estimate, like the dealer, drive through oil change places and other garages do (this is called upselling for profit). We have all experienced this.If you're looking for an automotive repair/maintenance shop that you can depend on in W. Garden Grove that does great quality work, has great service, convenient scheduling (open Saturday), and has fair and honest pricing, look no further.
