I ordered from them for the first time ever yesterday. I found Huff and Puffers when I was looking for a more affordable source for my Geekvape Z Coils. After shipping, I paid $25, going into the shops near me cost $40-$50. The coils arrived today, very pleased with the speed of arrival. Will be ordering my supplies from Huff and Puffer for a long time! I will be referring anyone I know looking for a new way to get their supplies to come here.

Shop is large and clean and friendly but they carry no flavored products in store. Online only if you want a GeekBar. Bizarre.

Such great helpful people here! Everyone is nice, respectful and very attentive the moment you walk in! Dennis is the MAN! He helped me really quickly and helped me with my online order. You deffinitely have to check out thier online shop it is ZERO comparison to all these local stores, who half the time sell janky or fake stuff.

They are using an unreliable method of shipping products (GLS)? The carrier never once attempted to deliver my package and then just signed for it themselves. When I called customer support they said this is a known issue and they have had this happen in the past. Instead of trying to fix the issue, I was fed some line about "Federal laws don't allow us to ship vape related products.". Which is odd because I just recently got vape items from a different site, through the USPS with zero issues. I was expecting their support to try and with with me, instead I was fed some line of BS about Federal laws. Buy from this company at your own risk. If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would.

I ordered two pod devices and replacement pods. Those are fine. I also ordered 5 different juices, all except one are dark brown (expired). I remember now why I gave up buying juice online. If I can’t see the color in person, I’m not buying it. Lungs hurt, thanks ?
