I was having trouble filing via website and called in for an appointment. I got to work with Kacey. She was professional and patient with me and my situation I got stuck with. Also, the lady at the front whose name I did not get her name, but she was also helpful with her knowledge in getting things fixed and her recommendations. I will file in person next year to save the hassle. Thank you both for the assist.

Neat, clean nice place. Everything was so simple to do! I just dropped off my paperwork, they scanned the papers and gave them back. The next day I received an email stating my tax return was filed and accepted by the IRS. And for $89 it was totally worth it not having to deal with it.

H&Rs system design with certain forms needing premium membership to access and file is absolutely ridiculous. They prey on people's ignorance. Why does a person have to pay an extra 55-150$ to report a -50$ loss ... last filing costed 300$ dollars to report 2 w-2s, stocks and crypto, all which took less than 1 hour. The lady was nice enough to give a 25$ discount. That was the only positive. I recently went to freetaxusa and only paid 35$ for everything. H&R sucks and the world needs to know it.

Paid 275$ for taxes done when I recently learned you can file them for free. Got 205$ back for my return so I'm down -70$ overall. Unless your taxes are complicated use the IRS or any free site available without paying. These programs are designed to take advantage of folk who don't know any better.
