The lobby is gorgeous, and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but not poorly maintained. The bathroom shower heads are what gave this a 4 ? rating. They need some TLC. The mattresses are the best; they are so comfy. I come here every time I'm in the area.

Four families were booked at this hotel attending funeral.The experience was terrible.All 4 said they would not stay there againRooms were outdated, service was non-existed and all was inadequate.Would not recomend this hotel to any one.Rooms: Outdated

Location is great but they definitely need to remodel rooms. A simple painting can make a huge difference. Bathroom has some mold spots and leaking from faucet. Breakfast is basic nothing extraordinary

Stayed for Disney and would be back, breakfast is good, guy at the front was friendly and place was clean, price was good too. Didn’t find any bugs or anything concerning really. Literally the only downside is that some parts of the hotel smell like cigarettes for some reason? Will return tbh ??♂️

On the first morning I found a roach crawling on the wall. When we asked to talk to the manager to in7form them they totally dodged us. This was a couple weeks ago and we still havent heard from them. Dont stay here

Checked in our room and within minutes a cockroach scurried past my feet. Nope! Asked for a new room and packed up all of our things. Again a few minutes after settling in, saw 2 crickets jumping near my bags I had set down and also discovered an ant infestation.

I've stayed at this hotel 6 different times for Disney trips. It used to be Holiday Inn Express, it's now Hotel Marguerite, Trademark Collection by Wyndham. However, the only noticeable change was the breakfast selection. They no longer have the classic cinnamon rolls or biscuits and gravy, but they had scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh bananas?, oranges?, apples?, oatmeal, bread (for toast)?, bagels , assorted mini muffins, orange juice, milk and assorted cereals, coffee☕ and tea.There is gated parking in the rear of the building and open parking in the front. I think they now charge $5 for parking. However, I paid in advance online so the parking fee was probably rolled into my bill and I didn't notice it.Overall the rooms were nice, ours looked like it had newer carpet at the time of this post. I guess I should mention I killed two small cockroaches on night 2 so perhaps they're due for pesticide treatment.I noticed a worker painting new colors on the ceiling in a hallway so it appears they are making small changes or updates under the new ownership.Staff all seemed nice, one cleaning lady we encountered was very sweet.

Front desk are the best I have ever come across. Breakfast is the best pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, cereal etc..Rooms very comfortable and clean, no noise,heated pool. I will always stay at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel initially for just one night, but it was so comfortable and the staff was so nice and accommodating that I ended up extending my stay. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and there's plenty of parking. One particular staff member, Nayeli Bavas, went above and beyond to make my experience worthwhile. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone—it deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for making the start of my new year with my daughter so worthwhile. After reading the reviews a lot of people had pretty good things to say about this hotel but upon checking in I found out that those reviews are far from the truth. The Staff was ok not very helpful. Our room was in the third floor we took the elevator up to our room and just the elevator was gross. Horrible stains everywhere and smelled like someone had thrown up in there. We got to the third floor and nothing had improved as soon as the elevator doors opened we could smell the carpet. The whole floor smelled musty. We found our room and it was a big dissapointment, the cabinets were all broken and had water damage the room was dirty the restroom had hair everywhere and the shower head was useless. The only reason why we didnt leave was because there was nothing available close enough to where we were going but I will never go back again. This place was such a dissapointment that I needed to write this so other people know what they are getting themselves into when getting a room at this hotel. Trust me when I say that this place is a dump.

Do not stay here they are infested with bed bugs I'm fu**ing livid. I came home with bedbugs in my bag after reading numerous reviews about this issue I can't believe that they have not shut this place down or fixed the issue with the infestation. Not acceptable I have a God damn baby at home. I would have been better off staying at a motel 6 in a bad neighborhood. Thanks for this issue you created for me and if i will sue for damages if i have to replace my bed and get my house bombed. I have never had this shit in my house in my life. Nasty ass place.
