This was my second time using Hertz by picking up the car at this location. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Hieu. He always provides the best service. I would recommend this brunch to my friends!!

I recently rented a car from Hertz and was thoroughly impressed. The online booking process was simple, and the car was ready for pickup exactly when promised. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and drove smoothly. Hieu was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely rent from them again.

I had a last minute trip and needed a rental as soon as possible. I spoke to Hieu over the phone and he was able to help us out with booking a car the same day. Would definitely come back, ask for Hieu if you need help with a rental

I recently had 3 weeks long rental and Hieu was extremly helpful! He called to confirm my reservation prior to pickup and helped me to extend my rental during exigent circumstances. It was the best experiences I've ever had with rentals!

I recently had my car in the shop for almost a month and they recommended me to come here for rental cars. Hieu was the guy that helped me out on renting the car he was absolutely great! I didn’t know when my car would be done so he extended more days so it made me feel relief and had more time enjoying the car! I would definitely recommend Hieu if you run into any problems ??

I recently rented a car from Hertz at this location and had an outstanding experience from start to finish.Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff, Hieu Vuong, who made the pick-up process a breeze. The car was brand new, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for.Their excellent customer service, top-notch vehicles, and hassle-free processes have earned them a loyal customer. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car.

My friend referred me to G.Grove Hertz for a car rental.
On the day of picking up, I met Hieu and the other 2 gentlemen who were all very courteous, helpful and friendly so I had a chance to talk and laugh with them.
One gentleman said that he interviewed and hired Hieu. That's why I said to him that he should be happy because most Vietnamese don't complain or whine at work but just work and work to get the job done...and he complimented about Hieu's punctuation to work.
Hieu helped me to get a pretty new car with less than 5K miles, he made sure to have it cleaned and explained clearly everything before I left.
Two days after I returned the car, he called and let me know how much the total charge was because I did use the Toll Roads/FasTrack and then finalized the bill. He also made sure if I was satisfied with the service.
I absolutely will use G.G Hertz Rental in the future and have no hesitation to refer my family/friends when they need to rent a vehicle.
Thanks to Hieu and the whole team for a great customer service!

I recently had my first rental experience with Hertz Garden Grove, and I was impressed by the service. The agent, Hieu, was friendly, professional, and attentive to details, answering all my questions thoroughly. The car I rented was in excellent condition with about 7k miles on it. The overall experience was very professional, and I will definitely use Hertz for my future rentals and recommend them to friends and family.

Reserved a Tesla several days before pick up and on the day I reserved it for, I called to let Hertz know I was coming in and they said they had no cars available (for both electric and gas). This left me stranded at the body shop for several hours.
What is the point of a reservation if it doesn’t reserve a car for you?
Hertz should have called me to let me know about their situation.

Despite the complications with my Tesla insurance, Hieu handled everything with remarkable skill and patience. Extremely hospitable staff! It is better to call to ask for the availability of cars as online booking don't seem to give accurate information regarding cars available to rent (which isn’t the office’s staff’s fault so please treat them with respect and be patient!) Aside from that, everything went smoothly from getting the car to dropping it off to the airport.

Poor customer service!!!!!!! Reserved a car to pick up at 10:30 when we arrive we were told that the car would not be ready for hours. Javier "manager" seemed not even concerned or willing to help. Had to fight to get a refund! Would not recommend!!
