Horrible customer service. The girl I asked for help finding their hydrloic presses gave me 0 direction on how or where to find the tool I was looking for. When I asked if there was someone else who could help, she said, "And I quote you van do what every you want. I went in to buy an expensive tool that pays her salary and got that kind of attitude.

It's a great place to be if you're Hispanic because everyone else they'll completely ignore. It's the type of service you'd expect to get from Santa Ana where you get to stand in your place, so long as you're outside of their race.

We were at NAMM in Anaheim and needed some last minute screws and tools to complete a project for our booth demo. We got great service, found the exact screws, drill bit, and file we needed. The show went great and now a few more new music celebraties are using our mic. Success!! Thanks Harbor Freight. Couldn't have done it w/o you.

I used to come here often with my dad for tools he needed for work. I recently needed some things for a project and remembered that this place was within walking distance from where I was at. The staff are all extremely nice people and always willing to ask if you need any help. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for your home projects needs.

Hands down this is the best Harbor Frieght store I've been into. I didnt get the cashiers name but he was polite and made my checkout fast and smooth. The staff there made it easy from the moment I walked in the door. I usually get anxious when I go into the westminster one. Its hard to find helpand get my questions answered. The Asian cashier is rude and has even cost me more money than what I pay in store. Such as transfer fees. I will drive out of my way for the Garden Grove Store . It makes a big difference when you get treated with respect and the customer service is amazing.stop in th
