They have an employee that just straight up locks the door and only lets certain people in at night, management really needs to step in on this, this isn’t the first time I had to wait 30+ minutes for someone he likes to come and he can open the door flat out unprofessional the owner NEEDS to take better care of his business.

Showed up about 130am told the 24 hr place was closed.Was able to go in 45 min later.Seven out of 15 booths not working.Told the store area was closed as well.It was a nice place but getting run down.

Why the manager put a sign on the door at 7:45pm. The store is closed until 9:30pm. Every time he see me coming, he locks the door.The sign say. "I WILL BE BACK AT 9:30"

omg my first time here and the staff was rude and there was a guy passed out in front of the store that pissued on himself. i wanted to check out the arcade it looked like it is never cleaned and smelled of a combination of rotten c*** body oder, a*** and ben gay. i didn't even stay there 5 mins because i couldn't take the stench. don't go here probably better to go to romantx down the street or take the drive to stan's in roland hights
