I have been renting a space for the past 11 years from Gardrn Grove Secure Storage facility. I had to close my old space and rent a new smaller space at the same facility and the lady manager, Her name is Genesis was exceptionally helpful, professional, and excellent. I was there last weekend and I left my phone number with her and I asked I ask her to please call me when a smaller space becomes available. She called me this morning and informed me that A smaller unit is available now , l made an appointment with her for this afternoon. She was very nice. She showed me the space twice, and she helped me with my own old space which had a broken door. She left it and helped me. She called the other manager to come and help as well. The other manager name Adrian was very helpful and very nice too . I really appreciate All their help. They are extremely professional in the storage space rental industries.

Been here for many years and Genesis has been a great help, very friendly and helpful with any needs. Garden Grove Secured Storage is a great place.

Great place!! Security is great, it’s a gated area and to get into the building, you also need code. Also Genesis the manager is amazing, I was having an issue with my storage unit and she was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way, and made my day. She is very understanding! Thank you

Well everything is great except the hours need to be longer as 9-5 isn't enough time to get go to work and be able to get to and out of storage... That's why I think the hours should be 6 - 9 every day...

I was looking for a storage unit for my business in the area, and came across this location. After a phone call and staff answered all of my questions, I knew I found what I was looking for. The area is very clean and secure. There are always a manager on site to help and answer questions. I had an issue with a delivery trucking into my storage, the manager on site went far and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved. I highly recommend this location. A+ for customer service.

Rents are increased regularly. They insist on autopay. They will not refund your pro rated rent. Move on the first or pay in full for the month. They don't share that little detail with you until your unit is empty on the 5th. Surprise!!!

I have rented units a couple of times and have been paying on my current unit since 2017. Up until recently i have had no issues but since they are under new management my rent has gone up $20. Yesterday my bank account was overdrawn because they processed a payment without signed authorization from me. I sent 3 emails and left 2 messages and noone has gotten back to me.

I love this place. The new management is fantastic and the customer service is outstanding. It's the most secure and clean facility I've been to. I recommended a friend and got a $30 credit towards my bill. After how great I've been taken care of I would still recommend this place even without the credit. Thank you for taking care of me and my family's belongings.
