I really appreciate the services here at Chapman RV Storage #2. The spaces are clearly marked and the lot is very clean. Ample lighting, security cameras, and top of fence deterrents , and remote controlled access help to really secure the premises and protect your property. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and patient. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I come back year, after year for my RV storage needs. I highly recommend giving Stephanie, and the rest of the staff a chance to help you with your storage needs.

Things were going okay until we have notice we we’re moving our RV. We moved out and the very next month they not only charged the months rent but they charged $500. Our rent was 250 a month. And we were on auto pay. I reached out to them on Friday 4/1/2022 and I still don’t have my money back!! I’ve called and left 2 messages since and I have not gotten a callback. Very unprofessional.

100% five star service!! So I rented a space here at this location and then like 90 days later I needed having to sell back the RV because it was a lemon. I called Chapman RV storage and I told him the situation and they totally understood what was going on and they allow me to start making payments and get out of my space after only 90 days. About 45 days later we bought another RV I gave them a call and guess what I'm going back and will be storing my new trailer at this location. Absolutely, positively 100% five star service!

Easy to get around front gate opened with code no problems. The only issue I had is they keep the push carts in one area and being on the opposite side it added to the walking a great deal. And no I didn't return it.

The place is clean and secure. There is a security gate that's operated by your remote control as well as security cameras and security staff after hours. The office personnel are efficient and friendly, and the automated pay system makes payments easy.

This RV storage place is very clean and their employees are always super nice and accommodating. We have a big 33 foot toy hauler and the spaces are big enough for us to park fairly easily. It is well maintained and secure with remote gates, lighting, and secure fencing. We think the price to rent a spot is reasonable considering the lengths they go through to keep your property safe. I love having a key fob so we don't have to get out and unlock a padlock.
