I've Never had a weird car wash experience this is my second time coming here during my carwash my traction light came on and my check engine light came on. My car was getting pulled in wrong and the machine pulling in my car struggled. This messed up my sensors and it is causing damage to my car. Before the carwash i didn't have these lights P2138 and 1130 (abs) on my vehicle now runs weird. i tried calling and no pick up on the phone line (It was disconnected) im so Frustrated and disappointed because i just came for a car wash. And the Manager David is So Unprofessional Lying to me about contacting Infiniti of Orange. At the Point of Service when my wheels were getting PULLED i was still on concrete and my car wasn't stationed. once i got pulled i seen the machine struggling. to station me correctly. I also Spoke to the Orange Infiniti Dealership. And Master Technician Said it can trigger and sensor if not pulled in right. because the transformer you use the press the gas can cause damages and there has been a cases. of this But you lying to me (David) and saying that it can't be triggered like that is outrageous. And those sensors are expensive Dealership Charge is 2k. and Diagnostic. Which you in disregard do not want to talk to the mechanic i went too. Just very unprofessional and shows be me that you just want to walk away from anything and not be held accountable. 4-8 min I was trying to get a hold of job because i was on my Lunch break. And no one in your car wash was on the floor at the vacuums to report anything and i tried reporting to you guys via telephone and you guys had a disconnected line. You making it seem like if my car was already like that it is unacceptable. Your belt Converter Messed up my car big time and you can’t own up to it , there are reviews here that say “ Closed on random days, always broken down. Go somewhere else” - josuha allen . On the Estimate it says the codes that came up during your service. Like on the call i mentioned to you i was on my lunch break and also mentioned to your assistant manager. Those reading this review go somewhere else this place isn’t professional they don’t even have any permits with the bbb.
