terrible customer service, and they will lie to you just get a few extra $$ from you. if you only have to drop of a package, i would highly suggest using the fedex inside of walgreens on valley view instead.

Don’t go there please visit on valley view location there is three people working when I ask to print some paper freddy start telling me there is mechine I am using fedex also 10 years it’s totally unhelpful staff why there hire them if they can help someone I also gonna right down a email to fedex

Came in and had to ship an important package. Arlene was awesome and helped me print a required document needed to send with Item. She went above and beyond to help me get the right insurance and make sure my package was going to the correct location.

Now that there aren't too many Fedex Shipping Centers, this one is one of the better ones. The service is good and people are friendly.

Amazing customer service. The young ladies working here are always smiling and are always willing to go above and beyond. Amithy, Arlene, Sandra, and Maria, huge shout out to your great customer service! You were absolutely professional and of great help. I have just recently starting coming to this location, and I continue to come for this reason. From the minute a customer walks in to the minute they leave, the staff always have a smile and treat customers with utmost respect and professionalism.This is now my primary location. I have yet to be disappointed from this location and I don't want to ever be :). But clearly some staff go above and beyond. Once again, Thank you so much Amithy, Arlene, Maria, and Sandra.P.S.
