I came by for a haircut. There was no one waiting so I didn't wait long. It took about 15mins, haircut was ok, but price was little high for a cut with no shampoo (previously $12 with shampoo). I was little dumbfounded but said nothing and left.

this hair salon was extremely disrespectful and ignored most customers. while asking for curtain bangs, they CHOPPED off half of the front two parts of my friends hair. they were very ignorant about it and did not give any cares about the situation she was in. the place was also dirty and she did not appreciate the low manners given towards the customers.

my friend went to this hair salon to get curtain bangs and layers. the bangs looked more like shutters than curtains. it was actually so inaccurate to the picture she showed it’s crazy. i would give this salon a zero if i could

if i could give this place 0 stars i would gladly do that. they cut my daughters bangs off at least 3 inches when she asked for 1 inch. she started crying. i dont recommend

Came to get light layers while keeping my length... my hair is now to my shoulders and the bangs are so heavy and thick can't even put my hair up anymore. Looks so choppy and horrible. I said specificslly KEEP MY LENGTH

We took our son here while on vacation and ended up with the biggest mistake. The old lady there did a horrible job, the fade was so bad with the final result, you could tell that there was a LINE. There were absolutely NO FADE. I guess this is what you pay for. Cheap services = no skills. I've never seen anyone cut hair this way before!

Terrible place to go to for haircuts for boys! She did not even fade it and you could see a fine line! I've never seen anyone cut hair like this before.. I had to come home and blend it myself!!!!

Addressing the whole Fancy hair staff,If I could give a negative star I totally would as a Los Angeles patron that visits med spas and gets facial frequently. My mother received a "facial" here and left her for 45 minutes alone in a dirty waiting room with nothing but a mediocre "face mask" on and was talking about dinner arrangement and also had her dogs running in and out of the salon. And they reprimanded her for having her purse closely and confiscated it for "operational" purposes. It was a completely unsafe, disgustingly dirty environment. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM WITH UNLICENSED PRACTITIONERS. It's completely unprofessional and a lack of utter care in every sense of the word and their products are mass produced and bought on an after market cheap website. There is no such thing as a "facial" or any other elevated medspa treatment. The owner's large dog was barking in the room with my mother and there is a huge SANITARY ISSUE and code violation issue that we'll be addressing with the CA board.I will be calling the owners myself tomorrow to hold the business accountable and they were nothing but empathetic in any way of the word. I will make sure that this business will not attract any new customers as they lack any sanitary value or guests' needs. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and the CA health dept as well since there are dogs and cats infiltrating and running around the business unsolicited with no care for any of their clients.Expect a very stern and reckoning call from me on your illegal practices in your business and with the BBB.Best,Ryan

Worst salon ever.There's pets running around everywhere and the owners and completely rude and are speaking in Vietnamese on their phones ignoring their clients and its a dirty environment and they have no idea what they're doing with salon practices. Everyone needs to avoid this place as it's one of those under the table practices.Super ghetto, super unprofessional, and I doubt they can even legally offer these "salon" treatments.Never coming back here again.

This is a horrible solan. I already had long curtain bangs I asked for a trim on my bangs, she cut over half my bangs off. The costumer Service was horrible. I would not recommend this to anyone, the way the woman was talking to me was unbelievable. Had to beg the hairstylist to blow dry my hair after she refused to because it was curly. Then she proceeded to give me possibly the most aggressive blow dry of my life, and overcharged me for it. All in all terrible customer service and results that were not even worth it, definitely do not recommend
