Came in at 10:30 on a Thursday. Asked for a manicure for my very elderly mother and a fill for me. No other customers. They took my mom right away. I waited 25 minutes, while 3 employees talked and 1 watched her phone. They finally say come sit here we will do your nails really fast! I didn't want my nails done fast. I wanted them done correctly. After waiting 25 minutes I had them finish my moms and we left.

If i can i can for sure i would rate em with less than 0 stars i went 2 times n both was HORRIBLE but last time WORSE RUDE WITH BAD ATTITUDE I ASKED IF THE LADY WAS MAD DURING MY PEDICURE SHE CUT MY FINGER FILING THE NAIL N I ASKED IF SHE WAS MAD NOTICE NOBODY'S WANTS TO WORK I SHOULD LEAVE ASAP WHEN THEYRE SHOW THOSE DISGUSTING FACES ....SAVE YOUR MONEY THERE S SO MANY NICE PLACES WHERE THEY'RE APPRECIATE IT YOU BECAUSE IN HERE THEYRE TALK AND MAKE FUN OF YOU IN OWN LANGUAGE.

Went here with my sister and they did a terrible job. Not only are they chasing people when they try to leave but they're rushing through everyone. The ladies were very pushy and they didn't even do their job well. My nails are dirty and they didn't even exfoliate well or massage my legs. They're extremely unsanitary and use the same exfoliator for every customer. They don't even disinfect their tools I watched them rinse it under water, THE SAME WATER THEY USED FOR MY FEET. I still have nail polish on my skin. As soon as she "finished" my pedicure she was kicking me off my seat telling me "you leave now". Very disappointing customer service.

If you're in town and don't know we're to do your nails come check out my girl lily she's the best! good quality, worth your money and they actually last. I drive from riverside just so she can work her magic every time for the past 2-3 years Thank you lily I love you

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My mom came in with my daughter (11 years old). She told the nail lady to only put nail polish on my daughter. My mom went and got hers done. By the time my mom went to check on my daughter, she saw that she put acrylics on my daughter. SHES ONLY 11 YEARS OLD. My daughter is very shy and quiet so she didn't know what to do. My mom told her that she only wanted nail polish, but the nail lady was trying to argue that my daughter asked for nails, my daughter said no, in her words "just regular". No matter what this person needed to ask the adult not a minor ! They still wanted to charge my mom for the acrylic set on my daughter, I called and talked to someone, they still tried to argue with me that I was getting a discount. YOU NEVER PUT ACRYLIC NAILS ON A MINOR WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT. I had to argue with this person and literally raise my voice over the phone for them to remove the acrylic if not i would report their business, until then she finally agreed to remove them. Even then she was very aggressive with my daughter while removing them.My mom has been coming here for years. But after this experience never again

No stars if I could. This place doesn’t disinfect the equipment after each client. They don’t disinfect the tools they use. The nail techs if I could even called them like that used the tools with me and at the same time with another client. The girl that was doing my pedicure used the same tools to do me a manicure. Disgusting don’t recommend it at all.Services: Pedicure
