We stayed here for a 4 day Disneyland trip booked as part of a Good Neighbor package. The rooms are modern with stylish finishes. The beds were very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after all the walking around at Disney. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which included a made to order omlette station and excellent coffee. There is an ART bus stop right by the entrance that offers transit to and from Disneyland. Buses depart every 15-20 minutes.I would highly recommend Embassy Suites for anyone planning their next Disney vacation.

Love this place! The front staff could be more lively and inviting. Stayed here in May when the pool was open and loved it then also. The pool was warm and hot tub was perfect! Great location.

The room is quite big but the air conditioner is not coldThere is no drainage hole outside the bathtub in the bathroom. After taking a shower, I found that the outside was flooded. Very strange design.

Nearby activities: Not the most convenient location for someone without a car on site. No store at the hotel. No walking distance convenient store. No ice machine to be found anywhere other than floor 4. No soda machines or snack machines either. They do have a good breakfast.

Very disappointed. I’m not sure what’s happening but when I arrived to check in the line was long which I understand being busy. However when it came to my time the gentleman didn’t greet me nicely, he simply said I need your ID & credit card. My husband is a diamond member and I asked about our requested upgrade and he didn’t even bother to look simply said, no we’re completely booked. He didn’t tell us about being able to go use the pool via the other Hilton property’s since there’s is closed, another guest informed us, he didn’t share details about breakfast times, or other information you would typically receive. Also I was very disappointed to find that the hotel gift shop is gone despite it still being listed on the hotel details. I know there remodeling but I choose this location due to all the great reviews, it was sad to not have the same experience as others have.

Over stayed here a few times and in general like the hotel. On this stay the hotel was under construction so there were several impacts. First, the gym was closed so we had to go about 1/3 mile down the road to a partner hotel and there was some amount of hassle even then to check in and get a key at the other hotel. That also meant there was no peloton bike which is one of the key reasons I stay at Hilton properties when I travel. Second, the breakfast and reception, which is a key differentiator for the embassy brand, was subdued compared to normal. Overall, just not the value I’d hoped for. I hope they get back to normal soon

I have been trying to contact this Hilton property since my stay in September.I went through the Hilton customer service email twice and tried to reach out to the hotel manager Corazon twice. Called multiple times and would be told I would be reached out no answer. Below is the email that I’m still waiting a reply on.Good afternoon Corazon,I was contacted by a gentleman at your hotel regarding the issues I had with my stay last month. As a hotel employee , I wanted to express my feedback that I had with my stay. Unfortunately, I had to reach out to customer service twice to get a call back.Below is the conversation I had with one of the customer service agents but after I had replied I did not receive a response. I had sent another email on Friday or Saturday I believe regarding my concerns. As I spoke with your employee today, who was very professional and courteous , I mentioned the concerns that I had with my stay. Unfortunately , I didn’t not get his name. He has asked if I had expressed my concerns to anyone , I had advised him that when I checked in, the representative at the Front Desk had a very long line and I did not want to hold the line up so, I figured I would speak with someone in the morning. In the morning I spoke with a representative and she confirmed that I was to be charged the additional guest fee because I did not have 2 guest on my reservation.Again , as a hotel employee and former Hilton employee I thought this was not correct, especially with the rates being lower than what I had originally booked. I checked when I got into my room.Once in the room, we noticed how inadequate the room was. There was hard stain on the couch, the wallpaper above the door was peeling, the shower head was broken off the wall and the shower head itself has a lot of build up. The lamp in the bedroom also did not work. The next morning my Husband and I left early morning to celebrate our anniversary and were gone the whole day. When I went to check out , the representative had her music on her phone very loud and she was not friendly at all. I did not want to bother her with my concerns because I did not feel that she would had taken my concerns seriously. Thus why messaged the Hilton guest services line.Thank you for listening to my concerns , I’ve never had this experience with a Hilton property.

Stayed here over New Year for a Disneyland trip and the hotel was okay. I'm leaving five stars due to the experience I had with Alan Cardenas in lost & found. We had accidentally left a suit bag with some valuable clothes in the closet and Alan was able to ship those back to us quickly and was extremely professional and responsive throughout the process. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pool and fitness center were unexpectedly closed but the staff (especially Alan) were kind and helpful.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this location. I arrived at 4 am, and the lady at the front desk didn't greet me. Instead, she rudely asked why I was arriving at that time and claimed that she had already canceled all the rooms (for the no-shows). I informed the hotel of my expected arrival time during the reservation process, and they confirmed it was fine and made a note on my booking. Throughout the encounter, the front desk employee was very condescending. It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. The next morning, I spoke to the manager, who was nice and apologetic. However, she kept telling me that the worker is usually very nice, and she suggested that maybe they had a tough night. As a paying guest, this was not what I wanted to hear. It felt like she was dismissing my experience and making excuses for the worker's behavior.
