I am a brand new tattooer who was tired of reading online reviews of sketchy tattoo machine kits sold on Amazon and decided to finally go to a local tattoo supply store.. the service went beyond my expectations.
Bobby is patient and knowledgeable and asked probing questions to understand exactly what I needed.
I told him I had recently purchased a kit on Amazon and he suggested to check out their kits and offered a few products within my budget in the store.
He even let me try the machines to get a feel for which I preferred! It was actually my first time ever using a machine, which was a little intimidating and scary, but Bobby was very encouraging. It meant a lot to receive that sort of positivity. I went with the Ava Duke 3 Wireless Pen and can’t wait to start my little tattoo journey thanks to Element Tattoo Supply.

I've got to say this place has better customer service than any company I've ever used!! If they don't pick up they call right back and they will help you with any info you would need. They gave me some free ink with my order. If you get lucky enough to deal with Bobby you definitely won't be disappointed!! Highly recommend!!

I had an awesome experience at Element Tattoo Supply! The owner was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions personally. I wasn't sure which gloves to buy, but he took them out of the box and let me try them on, which was fantastic. I loved being able to test products directly in the store to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
The owner is very knowledgeable and honest with his opinions, which I appreciated. I found everything I needed, and it's clear he only carries the best professional supplies for tattooing. I was looking for a specific ink from Italy that I love, and he had it in stock!
I originally drove over an hour to get to the shop, and it was totally worth it. Not only did I get my favorite ink, but I also picked up a lot of other great supplies that I love. Thank you again! When I need new stuff or refills, I will definitely drive there again or order online from the well organized Element Tattoo Supply website.

5 star for sure! There’s a very sweet female in the tattoo shop that is very helpful and even showed me how to properly put on a stencil, I definitely would recommend this tattoo supply, I’ll forsure be coming back for more supplies ?

I was recommended to go here by my mentor and it was the best experience I ever had! Talking to Bobby was great he carries so much knowledge and has a wonderful attitude. Literally got to spoke with him so for long and gained a lot of knowledge. Overally happy with what I got (3 new ink colors and a tattoo wash bottle). I’m excited to go back and get more stuff as I pursue my tattoo career!
