They are one of if not the worst businesses. You can tell how poorly they treat their employees because of the work ethic that reflects off of each one. I understand towing businesses need to be more on the stern side of customer service however these people are just beyond rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When getting your car back from them be prepared to have all your paperwork and !!extra cash¡¡ in hand because they like to randomly add last minute charges without giving explanations or they won't release your car back to you. I'm still trying to figure out why I needed to pay $200 cash after I payed all my fees to get my car released. Overall, this business seems very suspicious with money, inconsiderate of peoples property and time, and very careless with what we call one of our most prized possessions, our cars. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't respond to these messages because they are so careless the same way they're careless with your car.

To whom it may concern: The Dedicated Transportation Service ("DTS") and the Irvine Company are running a towing scam.First and foremost, to prevent yourself from failing victim to this scam, avoid at all costs, renting from an Irvine Company property.If your car is towed by DTS, assure that the truck driver is in full compliance of vehicle code §22658. Be sure to carefully inspect your vehicle before paying to have your vehicle released.Dave was working on the evening of 09 November 2023, when my vehicle was towed. My vehicle was vandalized while on the DTS property in Garden Grove. Dave threatened me and dishonored my military service. While attempting to conduct business to retrieve my vehicle, Dave mocked and insulted me. I mentioned my military service in hopes of defusing the situation, and the fact that tomorrow happens to be veterans day! Dave disrespected my service and called me a liar; dishonoring a man who proudly served his country!The department of transportation, and the district attorney of Orange County need to collectively look into the business to business contractual agreements that DTS has engaged with the Irvine Company.Please stop this towing scam.Kind regards,Pat

I can’t believe that $480 ? For what .. my car was there for 8 hrs (during the night) and I called the police during that time and it wasn’t been reported as towed until the morning , hate this place sorry ?

My car got towed from my apartment complex. I've lived here for a year.... I went to pick up my car and the bumper is all scratched up. Their response is that "they don't know what happened".

This tow company towed my car, even though I was on a safe list for employees-, they damaged my front shocks,and they told me that they were not responsible for any damage. I was left with a damaged car, and now I'm left with the bill- rude people at tow yard also- everyone I interacted with at this tow company is not professional.- they act like children-" very disappointed in UDR also for causing this to happen."

Honestly the customer service here is atrocious. Every single employee I spoke with was short tempered and rude, I couldn't even ask a question without being interrupted or hung up on. It took me multiple calls to not only find out if they had my car but also how much it was going to be to get back. when I started asking about their rates and how they changed for the tow, they would say "they already answered that question" (when they had not answered my question). Jonathan was by far the worst of the bunch not only being rude but also attempting to antagonize the situation saying things like "why is your voice shaky? Are you gonna cry?", "You must have problems", "I can't hear you, you sound like a little girl", and even going so far as to put me on hold after every question I asked (8 times in total) and then he would answer the phone "DTS how may I help you" pretending like he didn't just put me on hold. When I asked for the manager he told me that there was no manager in and that she was on vacation. I asked for her name and contact information and he flat out refused to give me her name or the name of a district manager or even the owners name. On top of everything they told me that they charge $350 every 24 hour and that if I don't pick my car up by 5pm that they would be adding another change of $350... My car was towed at 2am, 2am to 5pm is 15 hours. They tried to charge me for 48 even though my car was only ther for maybe 15 hours. This is simply atrocious customers service andi sincerely hope that this company takes serious action to stop this kind of blatant harassment.At this point I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend everyone who has had a similar situation with this company to do the same.Note to Rick: I'd be more than happy to speak to you personally about my experience, but to be clear none of what I am saying is a lie. Horrible attitude. Completely unprofessional even the "manager". Jonathan was by far the worst. He will insult you, hand up on you and for literally no reason other than him not having a good day and actually having to work and do his job. He was disrespectful and inconsiderate, horribly rude from the start. Not to mention when I called back and spoke to somebody else they informed me that they didn't know where the manager was, and said that she would not be back until the following week??? They said that they had no higher-ups are regional manager said he can speak to... so who was running this?? There was no one in charge. I went on their website and called back because I had some questions on the information I was on the website. The girl who answered the phone said that she didn't even know they had a website and that the information on the website was "wrong, outdated so it's not the company's fault"???? so then maybe the company should consider removing the website or updating information rather than leaving the incorrect or "false information" up.@RICHARD. The review by David is absolutely true because I heard it. Not to mention that regardless of whatever the situation is with whoever, it's not an excuse for any employee anywhere to answer that way. Jonathan is awful and by the way you respond as a business owner on top off all of this, and based on your countless 1 star review, you have literally no morals values or respect for anyone or anything. Horrible business and awful owner and operating methods. Jonathan's responses were still not professional... you can be professional. this is a "business" you're running.... All of your negative reviews tell the truth. Your behavior and mentality is a joke.

Hi Richard, I'm curious as to how you feel I was specifically blaming you. I was stating facts, but based on your reply, you have no empathy for those who've had to pay these ridiculous amounts of money. so you expect me to leave a 5 start review after this? Go self reflect.As stated in my og review, vehicle was NOT parked illegally in an actual parking spot. I even spoke to management about it. Now you're just speaking lies. Anyone who saw my previous review can see what actually happened, but I guess now I can call you, the owner of the business a liar, and no one should do business with a liar.
