New patient here, called to schedule an appointment and Ly’s phone professionalism made me want to change providers before even coming into the office. Absolutely ridiculous. She was giving me a run around about scheduling an appointment, when I’ve worked in the healthcare industry for years. Giving them a change and I’ll update my review.. I’m hoping it’s just one person who just dislikes being a MA.

What kind of doctor is it that the patient just tells about the disease without asking and then says "I didn't ask so why say it?", is rude (criticizing doctors in Vietnam for all kinds of things) and then says that Vietnamese doctors are just making money, but this guy is probably God doesn't know how to make money? Then I asked if I knew what to take with this medicine? IN GENERAL, DOCTORS SHOULD NOT IMMEDIATELY EXAMINATE A HEART ATTACK

After a thorough research of a family doctor, I have discovered Dr. Dean Ngo to be not only an interesting doctor with extensive medical knowledge, but also has a great heart. First, he listens to your symptoms, diagnose, and conclude what and why you have the problem. Secondly, he takes his time and listen to his patient regardless whether you're first time patient or not. Often times not many doctors would be willing to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour with their patients. Finally, Dr. Dean Ngo greeted you just like his family instead of doctor and patient relationship. This is important for patient because it really makes the patient feel very comfortable to discuss any medical issues or personal problems. If you don't have a family doctor or still looking for one, please call Dr. Dean Ngo office for an appointment. Personally, I have recommended Dr. Dean Ngo for my husband but also my doctor. You will not regret!

This is the worst medical office in the world -- probably the universe.They are disorganized and incompetent. I do not trust them to get simple tasks completed on time. They would not get anything done unless I call to remind and badger them. For instance, I needed a simple signature and date on a form. I was told it would take two days to be signed when the provider comes into the clinic. Okay, fine. It was not available until six days later. When I came in person to pick up the form, they even had the audacity to ask for a ~$40 fee. Are you kidding me? I just laughed.Also, *someone* put in referral codes incorrectly. They put in gynecological exam codes for a male patient. Thanks.They do not honor in-person or telehealth appointment slots. We were slated for a certain time range (from 3:30-6PM), but the MyChart check-in notification showed a different date; however, the NP did not call on either day.You will be put on hold forever.Dean Ngo needs to train and pay his staff better. They look so miserable.

I initially called to make an appointment but they told me they didn't have anything available but than I can go as a Walk-In with no problem. I waited for over an hour and 30 minutes for them to tell me to come back later around 3 pm. So I left and came back at that time only to wait for at least 2 hours for the doctor to see me in a hurry. I personally asked to run some test for me and he didn't wanted, he told me to come back next week if I wasn't feeling better. I went back in few days later just to wait for over 3 hours just for the doctor to see me in a hurry again! (even worse than last time) not really paying any attention to my symptoms. a really bad experience that cause me 2 weeks more of pain and waste of time for nothing.! I needed to go to another doctor and star all over again.

The majority of patients coming here are Vietnamese, so I'm not really writing this review for the patients who would come to this clinic but for Dr. Ngo himself. Like the newest review before me and other reviews from other sources, the doctors and NP are great and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff and the LVN are not. I have to bring my parents here because they have been coming here for years and don't want to change their provider. They take my insurance, but I go to another place because I can't stand the front desk staff.They would be on their phones or doing other things without checking on the patients who are waiting. There were many times when my parents had to wait longer because the staff forgot to tell the LVN that we were waiting for lab collection, or some paperwork needed to be done after the check-up but they got distracted and forgot.Not only the front desk staff, but also the rude LVN. I worked the night shift and took my dad there for lab collection (fasting) even though the clinic opens at 9. There was specimen collection ALREADY IN A BIOHAZARD BAG, that I placed exactly where the front desk staff told me to, yet I was scolded by the LVN for not putting it in the right place and yelled at me for not putting it in the sealed envelope to ship out to the lab. Where are your Five-Rights? How would you know the patient did the collection correctly and that the correct information is filled out before shipping it out? You complained and refused to touch the closed bag because there's a specimen in there, but you did the blood draw for my dad without gloves???? Not to mention, the LVN kept complaining that my dad's veins were so small and hard to poke. If you can't do the job right, don't do it, or you will harm the patients.Dr. Ngo would go on the radio to give great health advice for the Vietnamese community and cooperate with Dr. Kieu with free vaccinations. I hope Dr. Ngo would spare some of his time to improve patient's service quality at his clinic.

I have appointment at 11:30am. Came on time and waited to 12:30pm. They still told me that they didn’t have the room available for me to see the doctor. I already told them when I came in that I have 2 years old kid with me, please be on time for me. My daughter and me finally couldn’t wait after an hour waiting and running at the office. They still tell me to wait.Will never come back.

Love this office. With the medical issues I have, they always show concerns, and never recommended me anything I was uncomfortable about. I don’t have severe issues, but if they can avoid harsh medications, and offer more holistic solutions, they have. I am impressed with their ethics. Also, the office is intimate, and clean which I love. Thank you.
