The person who arrived first, knowing that there is no parking space, told me to leave in a very despotic manner and shouting. She doesn't understand what we truckers go through to find places. I should be nicer. It didn't cost him anything to leave me until they opened the door. The morning they opened the door, the workers were wonderful, very friendly and unloaded very quickly.

My wife and I moved cross-country with Wheaton Van Lines last December. Eight months later, after finding a home, our goods in storage were moved by Wheaton's local agent, Daly Movers, Inc. to our home. Every aspect of the coast-to-coast move exceeded expectations. Before providing details, I'll hit on the high spots of this Five-Star move. Did everything occur exactly as scheduled? YES. Were the final costs comparable to the original estimate? YES. Were all our items delivered damage free? YES. Was every member of the moving team from coast to coast professional, skilled, courteous and friendly. YES. Did we receive sufficient notification of pick-up and delivery times? YES. This was a personal move; I had done several corporate moves in the past. Was this the best one yet? YES BY FAR. The move started with an outstanding driver Delroy (frequent Driver of the Month/Year winner) and his moving partner Gary who did a great job managing the packing and loading at the origin along with dropping off a portion of our goods at our apartment and taking the remainder to storage at Daly Movers. Our contact Renay in Daly Operations patiently explained the charges from Daly Movers and from the agent at the origin of the move. She also did a fantastic job scheduling the move to our new home and selecting an outstanding moving crew (team leader, Jesse, Joshua, Richard and Sergio), that provided us with a move that was free from damage or missing articles. Many pieces of furniture were upholstered with white fabric, so with special wrapping and handling to prevent damage and staining, and there were no problems seen at delivery. My wife researched movers at the origin and destination, which is how we identified Wheaton Van Lines and who we wanted from Star Movers on our delivery team (especially 5-star Jesse!). So, our selection of Wheaton Van Lines and our excellent experience with this move appears to be a regular occurrence given others' excellent reviews. Based on our move experience, my wife and I recommend Wheaton Van Lines and their SoCal agent, Daly Movers.

Long story short - do not use any under circumstances, unless you want to renovate your home afterwards.Long story: We are a military family and this was the local company assigned to bring in our furniture to our current location. They had to bring in a desk that was obviously too big to fit my staircases. I asked them to disassemble but the leader of the group refused and proceeded to move it whole against my will. They were using my stair railings as support, which caused them to unhinge from the wall, significantly damaged all the walls, including the ceiling.Their extremely rude coordinator Mrs Lockhart called to offer me 150 USD compensation for the 'smudges' of paint that are required. Its been now 5 weeks that we are going back and forth and the repairs are still not completed. Her attitude is consistently condescending, belittling the damages done to the property, disregarding any manners whatsoever.Repair man came twice, always on a SUNDAY.- First time he came completely unprepared, no paint, no nothing, nothing was done, he left- 2nd time he fixed the railings - great. But as far as paint is concerned - the job was TERRIBLY done. You can tell from a mile that the job is not done right (mind you our house was painted 3 weeks before the movers came). He used a different type of painting for the ceiling leaving a massive stain on the ceiling.We are now fighting with them to come fix what they have done (honestly it looks even worse now). Mrs Lockhart continues acting terribly, claims she's the boss (dunno, maybe she is), and overall does not want to consider to send someone on a different day than a Sunday. Ive asked for a business day fix, as I have a 21 month old and I don't want him to be around paint - during the week he's at daycare. But she doesnt seem concerned about the health of a child.

what kind of moving company does not operate on the weekend? people have lives and work during the week. also, poor customer service as other comments have noted. it's clearly an entitled old white couple that runs this company. they're sleeping on easy money

We can't say enough good things about Daly Movers. They have been absolutely amazing throughout our entire move. They were professional, on time, efficient and SO NICE! We were also very pleasantly surprised with the reasonable price. They did a great job and we would hire them again for sure.

We engaged Daly movers for shipping household goods from Chino, California to Calgary Canada. They did a good job of packing our furnitures and had competitive rates. However, after initial pickup everything else was bad. It took more than one month's to receive our good. They also broke multiple items including our desk, TV and multiple other items. Please don't engage them for intenternational shipment. They will break many of your costly items. Forget compensation, they won't even acknowledge their fault when you report those to them.

I cannot say enough good about Daly Movers. Due to being in the military, I had my belongings in storage for years. Tracy was always extremely helpful to me. When it came time to move, Renay flawlessly arranged for the truck to come all the way to Texas. The moving team led by Michael from Wheaton did an awesome job and really went the extra mile helping me arrange larger items. Finally, Donna from Wheaton resolved a claim for me very quickly.
