I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription which was transferred from another pharmacy. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and courteous, and he mentioned that anytime i need my prescription earlier let him know. He also motioned he can call the pharmacist if i have any question in regard to the medication. The reason for four star is when i entered the store the automatic door was making a sound like a baby is crying hard, first I didn't realize it is the door. I was in the store around 30 minutes heard the sound few times. I was disturbing me. (I love babies can't see them or hear them crying).

It's exactly what a CVS is clean, organized, well maintained. No problems with anyone working there. All of nasty ugly reviews about this location. These other reviews have some wild expectations of what to experience at a CVS.

The manager Leslie gave me a bad experience at this location. She was very rude and rushed me when she rang me up for my items. I asked about a promotion and she said, “I don’t know. Im new here.” So then I asked if she could ask a manager. She said, “I am the manager.” Whoever put her in charge should reconsider and read the reviews because she is hurting the store with her bad attitude. It’s okay to be new and not have an answer but at least she should try to do some research and not be working the register if she doesn’t want to interact with people.

I've been going to the CVS for years. I came at 5:40am to pick up my meds and the Pharmacist and tech completely ignored me. After 10 minutes I had to say something. No apology, very unprofessional.

I recently visited CVS and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. While I was still at the cash register, the employee was on her cell phone and completely ignored me. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also made me feel disrespected and ignored. I understand that employees may need to take breaks or handle personal matters during their shift, but it is unacceptable to do so while a customer is still being assisted. I hope that CVS will address this issue and ensure that employees are focused on providing excellent customer service at all times.

I've been using CVS pharmacy for years. It's my usual go-to pharmacy and it's conveniently located down the street. Lately however they have had some issues with filling prescriptions including much needed pain medications. It could just be that they are bogged down with orders for medications, but it could also be a prioritization issue or a stocking issue. The automated system can also feel impersonal and can be irritating to deal with. So overall my faith in their services has begun to wane. I might be changing pharmacies soon if the problems I have been facing persist.

Last year in Dec 2023 I tried to fill my blood pressure medication. The clerk said there were issues with my insurance. Fast forward to Jan 2024, I decided to call Walgreens in Artesia my old pharmacy. They said it was too soon and that CVS in Garden Grove had filled my prescription in Dec 2023. Here’s where CVS gets shady. I was never able to get the refill in Dec because they claimed insurance issues. However they submitted an insurance claim to pay for medication I never picked up. I had to call my RX insurance company myself and was on the line with a rep for over an hour. So basically CVS billed and received payment for a prescription I never picked up. Walgreens couldn’t fill my prescription because CVS said I already picked up my meds which I did not. CVS should have reversed the claim once I wasn’t able to pickup the meds and return the medication to stock. Instead they filed a claim to collect payment. I took a lot of my time over the phone to correct. I no longer trust CVS pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff will say they're putting you on hold before you can even speak with them and leave you on mute for 15+ minutes. Had to hang up, not easy to get through to anyone.
