If I could give 0 stars, I would. The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. I waited over an hour to pick up my prescription that had been called in the day before. Will not be coming back to this location.

I come here all the time since I work nearby. They're 24 hours CVS so you could always drop by for your meds, just don't come at 5 PM; there's always a line. Calling in takes at least 20+ minutes for this CVS during business hours comparing to other locations; after ~9+ AM - 5ish PM.

Well, after a couple years I came back because I needed some q tips. Big mistake. It's gone even more down hill. First: PLEASE GET A SECURITY GUARD. I don't like being accosted and I really don't like my child being accosted but what really bothered me was seeing all the elderly & feeble getting berated at the door by a psycho while just trying to get their prescriptions. Furthermore, inside the store there was only 1 employee (not including the pharmacy). Well, my child had to use the restroom, but the employee would not open the restroom door because she was the only one and there was a very long line. I understand her dilemma. The pharmacy people would not help and said wait for the lady at the register. Ok fine, got in line and waited...and waited... and waited some more... the line was so long and so slow that people were just getting pissed and leaving their stuff and walking out. No common sense at all... if there is a problem customer, please put them on hold, get all the other people in the line processed, then back to the problem and deal with it. Poorly managed store.

Very bad worker in night I stayed standing for more than half an hour and he did not come forward to ask what I was looking for for an entire hour while I waited for the medicine. His manner of speaking and his behavior is very bad. I resent them

Wow. Very disappointed in the service i received this evening. I come to this location once a week due to my work schedule and it being the only one that's 24 hours within 10 miles of my house. This is the first time the service was so bad I had to notify someone and will be escalating it to management. I purchased the febreeze that was on sale, not sure why it was on two shelves opposite of each other rather than all tighter on one l. I digress, i get to the counter to make my purchase and the attitude I received from "chl_e" Was abhorrent. Our interaction couldn't have been more than 3 min but she spent it rolling her eyes and sucking here teeth after each question. I have a cvs card and carepass , as is seen when i enter my phone number , with that information available to her , she wild know I am aware of the check out process , yet she took the opportunity to suck her teeth and roll her eyes asking if i wanted my receipt and tell me that say then press receipt, before the screen appeared. I do not know this girl, have never to my knowledge met her before in my life. She waved and smiled at the male security guard signing in, so she was in enough mood to be polite to who she wanted, for whatever reason it was not me. I hope she works the shift that better suits her or stocks shelves during the late shift instead of the counter moving forward.

I actually like this CVS location. Its just you only have a few good people working here. I usually like the white woman with blonde hair and glasses who has the best customer service experience. But i dont think she work here anymore, Because i have not been to this location in over a 2 years since Covid. I walked in the store a few days ago and i see these new young college looking employees working here. They dont smile and shouldnt even be working here. Surprised these people are still in business because the store doesnt have a bunch of stuff to shop for. Anyhow i got what i wanted and left. Hope they get it toghether here in the future.

My complaint about the CVS on Brookhurst and Chapman is that they're on it when it means texting me and trying to refill our scripts (even ones we don't want) but when you go pick it up it's a different story. The pick up window outside is supposed to be for drop off and pick up, not for taking the prescription there and sitting at the window in your car waiting for it to be filled for 20 to 30 minutes. Twice in one week I've had someone sitting at the window for over 20 minutes waiting for theirs to be filled. I went inside and told the pharmacy people about it twice now and it's done no good so far. The sign outside actually says DO NOT WAIT AT WINDOW if you drop off a script. The pharmacy people need to tell people to pull away from the window while waiting. When you're sick it's not fun to be behind these cars.

As CVS is definitely not known for it's customer service this one by far takes the cake on bad customer service. I had to get a few odds and ends that I needed and decided to stop in to get them here. Staff was nonexistent when you actually need help, an imaginary tumbleweed just blew through the aisle. When I finally started to pick out a few things, there was a girl hovering all over me like a honey badger. Felt rushed and in my personal space. 2 things I despise the most. I asked the girl who rang me up who thr girl was, I was blown away when she told me she was the manager

Never before have seen a pharmacy closed in the middle of the day for lunch during weekdays! Whatever happened to staggering employee lunches so someone is always there to help customers? Don't they realize that customers have lunch hours too? And this makes it hard for busy people to run errands/pick up prescriptions on their lunch when the pharmacy is closed at that time?

Came to pick up packages and multiple employees will tell you different things: policies, hours, what you'll need to pick up. Please send your packages elsewhere to save you the trouble.

My wife and I love visiting at CVS! Great customer service and very friendly staff!! Especially Sherry is very attentive and helpful. When I met her today at the drive-thru, She was genuinely good vibes with smiley face! I had a very pleasant experience at the window!

CVS allowed my dad to get mugged in front of their store. He got mugged at knifepoint for a $1.10. Luckily he didn't have his phone or wallet on him since he was just picking up his meds. I'm livid. He parked right in front of the place, Lights were on, doors were closed. They tried to tell my dad that there was "an outage" to justify their doors being closed. I think they wanted to avoid the drunks and unhoused people instead.

Came to this store and left and came back and they payed a printed out piece of paper saying closed but the drive thru pharmacy is open. They even had a delivery truck knocking on the door and we can clearly see employees inside. Drove to the pharmacy window and pharmacist said they are closed due to the registers being shut down followed by the pharmacy drive through is still open. He lied straight to my face. I said well if the pharmacy registers are still open can't we pay at the pharmacy and he said no you can't pay for regular items at the pharmacy. First time I went in the older lady followed me to the back of the store even after I asked where the feminine products were. Then she kept her eyes on me straight the register. I was with my 7yr old son. Worst service liars ever!!
