Prices at this shop are crazy high. I bought the exact same product from similar shops for much lower price. Terrible customer service.

I’ve found this to be my favorite store of its kind. The bearded gent is just that, kind, considerate and nothing is beyond him. My questions get answered, he’s laid back but professional and seems to always have a smile when my wife and I come in. My wife likes going in here which is huge. And the prices are equal if not better then the other stores of its kind which makes shopping here a no brainer. Wish I knew who the owner was so I can tell them to give dude a raise. And that’s his name to, the dude! What is better then that.

I purchased butane. When I got outside I saw that printed on the can was buy one get one free. asked ware the free one were and he said that it's not fair the consumer but for the the merchant. He refused to give me my money back or honer the sale price.

Although it is convient to have a local 24hr smoke shop, it doesn't help when the products you purchase don't work.I purchased something that was not working the moment I removed it from the box. I immediately returned to the store to exchange my purchase only to be told that since I left the store with my purchase, there was nothing that could be done.I was told the girl who helped me is quitting so she does not really care, and basically good luck getting in touch with the owner, "He I'd dodging me too!"So, if you need something between the hours of 3AM and 10AM, you can risk shopping here, but during regular hours why risk wasting your money? I wasted $23 that I didn't have
