This is an ok petunia costco. The parking lot is definitely smaller so you will circle around forever unless you go early in the morning or an hour before they close, or you just get lucky! It's definitely smaller than the usual costco i go to, but the employees that work there seem pretty miserable. Not very bright lights in a costco. Lots of variety for asian snacks, but for fruit, it's definitely not as much as other Costcos. I would recommend going to the Huntington Beach Costco because you can park in the parking structure and its way bigger and less depressing!

Avoid at all cost, service is slow and the locals make unnecessary traffic jams through out the parking lot.

Worst costco by farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Customer service is horrible. Tried calling to check in stock items and no one answers there phone including the managers or if they do and you start to ask a question I've gotten hung up on immediately.... In store it's bad too, no one cares at this store including managers. Don't try to ask for help. Just go to the fullerton one they are wayyy nicer and willing to help. I'm not able to walk well so that's why I usually have to call ahead so I just called customer service they already put 3 reports against the manager here for being horrible and apologized.

My family and friends don't buy fresh meat, fish, or produce from this location anymore, we make the trip to the Fullerton, Tustin, Fountain Valley, or Irvine locations. GG Costco's produce especially greens, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc. are partially decomposed even before purchased, their meat and fish go bad quickly, not like the other Costco stores. Also, there are extremely rude customers at the GG store, who blatantly cut in front of the line and when confronted in a kind way, they either ignore the person or act totally hostile, not to mention how these rude customers treat the Costco employees working the door or checkout. This is the worst Costco store in Orange County by far, not worth the hassle.

I’m kind of adult the graduated from target shopping and went onto Costco. I let Costco tell me what I need to buy. I don’t go in there with a plan. Maybe I need tomatoes maybe I forgot to buy the tomatoes but you know what I did get? Everything else.

DO NOT use the tire repair center. They scratched my brand new Lexus wheel with a simple flat repair - even though I specifically asked them to use care when removing the previous wheel weight. I was assured they would not scratch the wheel but lo and behold, another bum employee that doesn't care about their work totally f'ed my new wheel.

Not as big as other stores but well stocked. Liquor selection was much better than other stores in LA. Found everything I was looking for and the some #thecostcoway

FATIMA IS #1!!! The lady from self checkout is the best person ever! I like this Costco I'm a Saturday regular. Staff here has been friendly for the most part . I like this warehouse more than other warehouses (Fullerton, El Camino) hahahh.

Not our favorite Costco location, but also not the worst. The best thing about Costco in OC is that they have a lot of Asian snacks and items. Whether it's durian ice cream or flowers for Lunar New Year, they'll definitely have it. They also had a family size bag of Hot Cheetos which is something I can never find at any of the other Costco locations near my house. The prices are always great at Costco so you know you'll be getting a good value. We didn't interact with any employees other than the cashier. Parking, however, is a nightmare because of how crowded it always is. I don't know if it's because of how stocked and packed it was, but this location definitely seemed smaller than other ones. Also, the food court is inside of the store which is convenient when its raining but kind of annoying. Overall, we will definitely be back for all of the rare Asian foods!

We've been a Costco Member for 30+ yrs. Tdy we stopped by Costco G.Grove for 1st time. Stores are nice & clean, all stashed up nicely, but the Cashier Sandy (Op#218) was very rude. My husband told her to stop scanning bcuz the items do not belong to us. She would of just continued scanning. Instead of simply saying "thank u" for letting her know. She told my husband, "relax". We've never experienced such rude Cashier. If she's not happy there, then she shd find another job. Don't ruin good customers' relationships like ours. We won't go back to this location again. Obviously Sandy does not value customers' royalty.

It's a Costco, Google doesn't even let me know which one, I've been to 4 this week.If this is the Garden Grove one, there's tables at the inside food court.
