My truck died and I ended up having to get a new car right away. Ulysses was the person from Autoland who helped me find an affordable car as soon as possible. It's a very long story of what happened to finally get the car but what I will say is that Ulysses went way above and beyond to help me get a new car right away and at the cheapest price. And the bank also was working hard to help me get my loan and get everything going so I can get the car. I apologize for taking a while to write this review but I have been going through some personal and family issues. I took too long in responding to a survey that was sent out to me and I apologize for that. I have been talking about Ulysses and credit union to everybody I know and everybody that's been asking me about my car. I am so grateful to Ulysses and the credit union for everything they did for me. What I have been going through right now lately has taken a big toll on me so when my truck died it was a big blow. So Ulysses and the bank helped me so much more than they realized. Again I've never worked with any business or institution that has worked so hard to help me achieve a goal and these guys deserve so much credit. Thank you Ulysses and schools first credit Union on Harbor.

This morning, I came and was able to receive assistance from Bobby to process my refinanced loans. Bobby and Matthew were both a big help because they are great individuals who provided high quality customer service.

Female teller named Dee was who encountered today. I came in around noon, to deposit cash and check into my checking account today. There was I think a couple of people being helped by two other tellers. Dee did not have her light on so I waited for the other teller to be done. She said something to come over so she could help me. I mentioned to her that her light was off so I didn't know if she was open. I even asked her if she was open and she said "yeah" with this irate tone and lots of attitude. As If I was suppose to know that all along. As soon as we got to what I was there for, she started talking real loud and increased her volume and broadcasted my business ie account balance, amount on the check, cash deposit to the entire credit union. I'm not deaf or hard of hearing Dee, no need to yell out my businesss for everyone to hear. You would have been better off grabbing a megaphone and talking into it at least you wouldn't have strained your vocal cords yelling out my business for your fellow employers to hear and whoever else was there. Not sure if she was trying to show off and trying real hard to embarass me, or both. She seemed to be saying all the right things, but her actions say otherwise. Hope she got a good laugh over all that after I left. People like you that keep me strong. Thank you!

I'm writing this for my partner - because he won't complain. He bought a vehicle 3 months ago, and Autoland through SchoolsFirst has not accessed the title yet! His temporary plates are about to expire, and they keep saying "thanks for your patience" but have not explained or really done anything in over a month. Is there anyone who will follow up on this? I just assume at this point that someone is hiding their mistakes.

I've been coming to this branch for many years and this branch has been amazing! I had a small issue today which was causing me stress and Mariana P was so helpful and accommodating. I was to give her a huge shout off for the amazing customer service! Thank you!!

It's a nice location with a short line and plenty of parking. Nothing to complain here. Staff is always nice but I'll keep validating. It's got like 3 ATMs!

Came to withdraw money and the male teller who helped me was so genuinely nice and very professional. The kind of professionalism and customer service that's worth coming to this bank for. However, the short, shaved head man wearing a dark colored polo short who was standing a few feet from same teller wasn't. Talking to an asian guy in dress shirt facing opposite direction. Sometime after telling the other guy whatever it was he was telling him, he turned and looked at me and started laughing. Not sure if he was talking trash to his co worker about me or telling him a dirty joke. When he was laughing he was looking right at me, so idk what that was all about. To the shaved head guy wearing dark polo shirt, learn how to be a professional. If you don't know how to be one, you can at least act like one. the point- some of the tellers are more professional than some of the ones that are standing behind them.

The BEST customer service, all around. I've gotten a car loan, home loan, have checking and savings accounts here. This morning, I received an email alert that someone in NY attempted to use my card. Ummm, no. Definitely not me. I mentally filed away to call later in the day, but got caught up in work so I never made the call. But that's ok, because Tiffany from Schooslfirst called me! I was able to cancel my card over the phone, and had the option of receiving a card in the mail, or going to a branch to get one on the spot. I headed over to the GG location, 10 minutes before closing. I was in and out in five minutes with a brand new card, thanks to Bobby. The BEST!!

Stopped by today to open my first credit card and had an amazing experience. If you get a chance to meet with Marianna or Alexander they are INCREDIBLE. Super friendly and chill. They genuinely care about your concerns. Wish I could give them a higher review!!

Hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of ANY bank I've dealt with in the past 25 years. 1 teller, 2 supervisors, and a personal banker all made sure my wire transfer was safe, the car purchase I was making was legit, and that the money was sent immediately. Diane, Sascha, Bobby, and Lily made me feel like a VIP.

I came here last Thursday for the first time, because I saw from Yelp that you can use the coinstar machine, and there is no fee for members and you can transfer the money directly to your bank account. I should made the switch earlier to SchoolsFirst. I am glad I became a member and I do not have to worry about monthly service fees if you do not have a certain balance.All of employees were so helpful and friendly, and they answered the questions that I have. Highly recommend this bank for your banking needs. :)
