Got eyebrow pierced about two years ago and recently lost one side of my barbell eyebrow piercing and they helped me quickly set up an appointment and get it replaced for free. Excellent customer service and support. Would get pierced here again in the future and would recommend to others

The ladies here are awesome. Shop was clean and beautiful, I really enjoyed my experience. My piercer was knowledgeable and gentle. I got my piercing while I was on vacation, so it's too bad I'm not any closer, or CM Hurt would be my go-to for sure!

I took my 9 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. Megan pierced my daughters ears and she did a great explaining everything step by step. Overall it was a great experience! I paid $150 plus tax for gold earrings + piercing. Highly recommend Megan!

This place is amazing for piercings. All the staff were so so nice and took amazing care of us while preparing for and getting our ear piercings. Their prices are very reasonable, and include aftercare, which they honored. Overall, I loved this experience and would recommend.

The ladies here did a fantastic job. They explained everything and kept my 6yo daughter engaged with the process and aftercare expectations. My husband and I also got a helix and conch, which were placed with consideration for our own anatomy and jewelry preferences after healing. We made a same day appointment and were finished quickly. Very clean shop with beautiful jewelry. Definitely check them out if you're looking for professionals in the Garden Grove area.

Staff is all very professional and they have a great deal of jewelry to choose from. The piercers took the time to make sure that the piercing you want is going to work with your anatomy. I've been there twice and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Hello, I have bought the package of 5 ear piercings, earrings, etc. they said everything was included. That's what I was told when I bought this package. It included adjusting the backings of my earrings as swelling goes down and also until the ear had fully healed. I have just been lazy to go so haven't gone once at all this whole time to adjust it. My ears are already fully healed. I made an appointment last month to come in to make my earrings backings shorter. But missed the appointment. And everytime I called, they would mention that it would be free for me since I got the full package. But now the people at the store are saying the policy has changed and it's not. They will charge me to adjust each earring. This is ridiculous. You cannot just change my package just because your policy has changed. I felt like this place was a good go-to place for piercings. But now it just feels like a scam and very unprofessional. If you need to charge me just to simply adjust my earrings, even though I paid for the whole package, I will never be coming back here. That's not what I agreed to. I feel like I want to do the same thing, I will charge you for hurting my ear and touching my ear, even though I'm paying you to pierce my ear. Hey, in order to have a piercing, YOU ARE of course going to need downsizing adjusting as swelling goes down and heals. It just doesn't make sense. This is super petty. And I ALREADY paid for the full package. I am asking you to follow through with the deal I have bought and let me receive the treatment that I have already paid for. If not, I will never be coming back here. I have told my friends and even my mom how this place was pretty good after I got my piercings done here, but now I regret it, I will tell them what happened and to not go here. Nobody would want to come to a place where they do not KEEP their words. Thank you. -April-

Brought my 7 year old here to get her ears pierced, the girls were so nice and thorough, my daughter was comfortable and had a great first experience. Would highly recommend them for all your piercing needs!!

Lots of places didn't want to pierce babies ears but I was referred here by a friend and when I called and asked about the procedure and they explained it very clearly and I was able to schedule same day. Great customer service! I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Been coming here for a few years now, just stopped by yesterday to get my 2nd set of ear lobe piercings. I called super last minute and I was quickly accommodated with a same day appointment. I was running around all day with shifting plans that caused me to run late, I called to give them a heads up and it was no issue at all and they were working with me every step of the way. I was in-and-out in no more than 15 minutes Quick, efficient, professional, and friendly service. Looking forward to coming back here!

i've had this place saved before and always wanted to visit, so i made an appointment same day, which was quick and easy, to change my nose piercing. when i walked in, the lady at the front desk (i completely forgot to ask her name, but she had purple hair and was super nice and knowledgeable) assisted me and offered me all the options and i was grateful for that. i then got my jewelry changed by rebecca who was sweet and did it quickly. love my new stud and will definitely come back for future piercings. plus i got a cute treat :)
