Rude csr and not paying attention and skipping people in line Cesar was the attendance name as well state that restroom was out of order and as I know for a fact there are procedures to follow when thing are not working properly. (Like putting up a out of order sign) poor service . Going to say get better attendances your business is bye a freeway but not everyone goes to a gas sation with rude people that work there I is ur reviews and there poor.u should be trying to make regulars and not run off your clients with rude people working on the shift.

I stop tonight to get some gas and apparently it was closed due to break of the staff, and there were like 6-8 people waiting for someone to open and everyone were knocking and apparently the staff got disappointed and open the door and asked who were the ones that were knocking on the door and no one admitted except for me and the staff with no respect started to cursed on me and called me stupid and he use the “F”word, and finally said that he denied the service to me and I was not only disappointed with that staff but with the other costumers that they didn’t said anything about it, I will escalate this to Chevron Corporation but first tomorrow morning I will go and talked to the gas manager about it.This is the staff.

This Chevron station has an AWFUL management. I am member of Chevron rewards, but their machine to input my phone number was not working. The guy that was attending me was Edgar. Edgar was not helpful and was cursing making it look like I was stupid. He snatched the machine, and was continuing to curse. After he could not get it to work, I asked him for my money back and he THREW it on the counter. I asked for his name and for the manager, but he just ignored me. I went back a couple of days later and asked for the manger. After telling the workers my experience, they supposedly said that Edgar is the manager. The workers told me NOT to write a bad review because it would affect them. UNBELIEVABLE. **If Edgar is the manager, please replace him. His attitude is doing harm to this locations business.

My 85 yr old mother went into this chevron and was thrown out just for standing in line to buy a drink.The assistant manager was in a bad mood,fustrated idk? you dont treat customers like that. She literally said GET THE HELL OUT.This employee the assistant man.was training other future employees, what an example she set.

wow! keilin "store manager " is beyond rude her customer service is all in the video! comes out in front of my daughter as shes recording me while on the shift and tells me "ypur a b@*%" i hope corporate is notified of the service these immature adult"kid" has working over here in my hometown / city santa ana name calling people all for urgently having to use restroom!

do not go to this station the have the most unhelpful unfriendly people here. as i came in there were two employees that when i came in i never got acknowledged i was at the counter and they went on talking to each other as if there were no one in they took their sweet time as i stood by the counter. finally i was next and the ugly fat chick that looked like a homeless. no customer service skills or sense of professionalism. as i paid for my gas with my credit card $80 btw i asked for a 20 dollar scratcher that when i saw it the bar code was partially scratched and i noted that to the fat chick let me rephrase that the ugly fat homeless girl behind the counter to what she replied well that was like that from the box but she and i went and said that when a scratcher is scratched on the bar code you dont need to scratch much of the bar code to be able to read if its a winner or not. asi stood ther i said to herim not stupid you know. her snart response was congratulations!! i was so mad and as i walked out of the store i said f u i went out to put gas and she had cancelled my transaction.

THIS morning gastion happens at this time and the cashier named Lucia is very aggressive and she told me if I don't want I won't give you the Gasoline and then she asked me for my ID and because I was of legal age I only showed it to her and she wanted me to give it to her in the hands and I am of legal age and because of COVID I give Nadine my ide and unless I touch her Hand on my part I will not return to this gastion and the cashier Lucia has no respect for her
of legal age I hope they call Lucia's tension, she is very rude and rude

Terrible customer service, cashiers were talking to themselves instead of paying attention to customers. Had us waiting for over 10 mins. I wanted to cash out lottery tickets was told they don't have cash and that I would have to buy more tickets. I'm pretty suew it is illegal to make people buy more tickets instead of cashing them out. I hope they place gets audited for other customers who fell for the scam.

Maybe not the attendant fault on her lack of knowledge on processing the correct price on transactions done by cash or credit cards. She is very engaging, welcomes every one that goes in and she is very polite, she has talent for what she is doing, management should make her stronger at what she do and keep her. Not a lot of employees out there like her.
