This was the worse experience I had. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The gentlemen at the teller did not want to do his job and was super lazy. I simply went in asking for 3 back statement since I had issues with my online account. This gentlemen had said i'd have to wait for a person at a cubical to help me and it would 15-20 min.
My grandmother who went to the next teller had also asked for her statements— you guessed it.. the woman printed it for right away.
I was in shock. I spoke up and they rushed my statements because I was making a deal out of something that was simple.
I only keep my chase account open because I have my brother's account as well since he is in the military.
Overall, very very poorly ran location and the teller who had "helped" me was very lazy. I could not read the name tag but he was a bigger gentleman.
I'm so GLAD I use schools first as my primary bank!!!

My fiancé and I visited the bank in Garden Grove on August 24, 2024, between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. The location was not too busy, and we were fortunate to find a parking spot in front. We experienced minimal wait time before receiving assistance from a helpful staff member who directed us to the appropriate area for our needs. Once we were able to meet with the next available banker, we were served by Christopher, the manager. He was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, providing us with clear and relatable assistance. It was a pleasure to work with him, and we plan to return in the future. Thank you, Chris, for your support.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received at this Chase Bank location. The 2 bankers displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, seemingly judging me based on my appearance. This is the first time I’ve ever been outright denied service at any bank. Despite being familiar with certain banking procedures that are standard elsewhere, I was curtly informed that “we don’t do that here.” I specifically visited this branch to fax a document, a simple request that turned into a nightmare. The rudeness I encountered was beyond belief. I’m extremely disappointed and still struggling to understand how such poor service could come from a branch of the same Chase Bank Corporation. This experience was completely unacceptable.

They're wonderful!! They caught someone using my sons account for 150 Dollars. I think they're the best thing since sliced bread!!! God bless Chase Bank! We're poor and cannot afford any money taken. Thank you Chase!

Unfortunately updating this to one star instead. Saying they cannot cash a legit pre-printed payroll check issued days ago because there is no "positive pay file" on record. I have NEVER heard anything like this in my entire life, at ANY bank I have EVER been to. If my employer banks with you, and writes me a legitimate payroll check, you should have processes in place that are able to verify and cash said checks, especially several days after they have already been issued.

i was able to do everything i needed to do but the woman that was assisting me was kind of rude. when she gave me my card back through the window she just tossed it at the window so it slid through. when i asked her questions about what i needed done she would ask me "why would you want to do that?" making me feel dumb. it was a very uncomfortable experience. her name was theresa d.

Always spot on at least when it comes to customer service. The ATMs are always working. The banking people are very helpful.
