Great customer service.
Dryer didn’t turn on after it was installed. They quickly took it back to the shop and quickly did whatever “fix” it needed and returned within the hour. Very friendly and professional!

I suggest anyone reading any of these to check them out on Yelp as well. They are having employees, family and friends rate them on google with unrealistic and unreliable ratings. Read about them via the Better Business Bureau. Find alternatives to your appliance needs. Save time and money and by the other reviews - safety. Can’t believe someone’s fridge melted! Electrical fire! That’s scary and serious.

Don’t recommend at all! It’s as if they get appliances from the trash and “fix it” quickly, clean them and sell them.

I have a refrigerator that I bought over 5 years ago. It is still in great condition. I just bought a dryer not too long ago approximately 2 days ago.

I would give it less stars if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They sold me a fridge from FB market place. The first communication was sloppy as heck. But you get what you’re about to pay for right? They deliver the fridge - not within the time they promise. The guy tells us by law we’re not allowed to plug it for 48 hours. I’m in the legal field for over 30 years and never heard of such law and asked if the fridge was placed laying down during transport, he said yes.. that was the reason. I waited the 48 hours to plug it in. A few days past and the fridge was not keeping anything cold. I called the company as I was assured 2 months warranty. I was first told I needed to prove the 2 months warranty. I sent them the receipt. I was told someone would come Monday to fix it and that I would receive a text on Sunday telling me what time. No text was ever sent. Monday comes by and was told again I needed to prove my warranty, after confirming the warranty evidence was sent they told me someone would come later in the afternoon. No one showed up. I called and was told they needed to order a part for the fridge and someone would be there Tuesday between 10-11am. I was given the text message confirming. Around noon I was called (as no one showed up) informing me that someone would come between 4-6pm. No one came again. I called and there was no answering my calls or text. I reached out to the individual that sold it to me on FB marketplace and messaged him. I noticed he saw my message but did not care to respond. After 7pm I was called by the tech who asked if it was ok for him to come by. He came and showed me what was wrong with the fridge… everything is working minus the fan. He said he was going to replace the fan. I asked him if that was the part they ordered. He looked confused. I explained to him how I was told after no shows that the excuse was they ordered a part for me. He laughed off the clear lie. After which he proceeded to “fix” the fridge. I hear him say “uhoh” as he continued to “fix” the fridge. A few moments later he informs me that he needs to replace my fridge and showed me how when he replaced the fan the bottom half of the component stopped working and it was as if it burned off. I asked him if the next fridge was going to be laid down making it another 48 hours wait after delivery. He said yes and that I cannot plug it in sooner. At nearly 10pm I was in my room and got a severe headache and felt nauseous. I walked out and noticed a strange smell. I went into the kitchen and the smoke was coming out of the fridge. It was an electrical fire! I was able to unplug and have the fridge placed in the patio as it kept crackling. It was hot to touch. When opening the freezer door we can see the interior melted from the heat of the electric fire! It was too late for me to call the company. In the early am they called to tell me they couldn’t come in the early am as promised the previous day (not surprised), I informed them of what happened. I was told they needed to talk and would get back to me. A few minutes later they called me back and told me it was my fault for plugging it prior to the 48 hours. Which is NOT what happened. And that they would pick up the fridge but NOT replace it as they didn’t feel comfortable dealing with me since I work with lawyers (very telling). That I would receive my money back. I had to fight for every penny of it back.
The woman I spoke with blamed the factory of the fridge. She blamed me. She would blame anyone but themselves as they refurbish older appliances and clearly do not do a good job of it. If I didn’t check on the issue - what would have happened??? They refused to acknowledge the obvious negligence they placed on me my family and our home was this fridge caught on fire. They should NOT be in business!
