I have been taking my cars to Iconic for about 4 years. They do excellent work and the prices are very fair. The staff there are really nice and very knowlegeable. Jenny, who works the front desk has been able to trouble shoot over the phone with me before I even bring the car in for work.

Had a car serviced for A/C. They did the job and 3 months later, the A/C wasnt cooling. I called and was told it was the age of the car and it needed more work. Also asked about another vehicle that might need a water pump. Tried several times to get in there and was told they were too busy.

So far so good. Switch to Iconic around 08/2023. Very professional, clean shop with a nice comfortable wait lounge offering coffee, tea, and soda's. Also, courtesy vehicle to drop off and pick up if wait is too long. I have a Ford truck, Mazda sedan, and Infiniti suv. Iconic is a certified Ford fleet shop and they have a Mazda trained certified mechanic on staff. I have taken all my vehicles to Iconic for oil changes and minor repairs. Excellent work, friendly staff. Christian, the shop manager, is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Offers reasonable and accurate quotes for quality work performed. A good value by seemingly trustworthy mechanics. John Cz.

They are very good they go out of their way to make thing easy for you I stop by told them my problem they answered every question I had and give me a approximate cost which is a good thing go check it out if your having problems with your car

After 5 years of "dealer-service" runaround I decided to go with my son's & husband's recommendation and head to Iconic. Great team, great customer service, so affordable! Oil, lube, filter, tire rotation in less than 2 hours. Very happy customer here.

My water pump In my 2006 Chevy corvette failed so I had the car towed in to iconic to be worked on the next day after installing a new water pump and replacing lost fluids the car was ready for pickup after 2 days of being with iconic. however the car was returned with a minor oil leak! with confusion, frustration, and disappointment as well as not knowing the extent of the issue or having the time to work on it myself I took it back to iconic to find later that the technician had also replaced the oil filter when the fluids lost in the water pumps failure were replaced. Once the car was actually fixed for real I picked it up, then was told the issue was the new oil filtered which was NOT tightened by the technician who IMPROPERLY, and LAZILY installed it! I do not believe this shop belongs in our community as I am not the first to have issues with this shop, leading to a reputation of overcharging for unfinished, sloppy, and unprofessional work!

I own a bmw 7 series I was recommended this shop through an old coworker of my father.I needed my a/c belt stretched on. Other shops wanted anywhere from 299 and up. Bmw themselves wanted to charge 800. This shop charged me 60.The next work I had done was a snapped cv joint. He got a part from a source of his and welded another piece to save it from being replaced. The weld is good and the job is solid. He charged me 100 for this and got it done in under 5 hours.It's a good honest shop. Give them your business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
