I was happy with my experience at Bebe Salon! Kelly did my hair and she's very experienced. She helped me pick a color that I wanted and matched my skin tone. I waited for less than 5 min before she helped me and I got a balayage that took about 2 hrs. Her prices are also more affordable compared to other salons around. Everyone working there is very kind and sociable. Will definitely be going again! :) thanks Kelly!

Kelly is such an amazing hairstylist. Very sweet , straight forward and punctual! I can't say enough about my amazing experience with my hairstylist Kelly. I had a horrible experience at another hair salon and I then reached out to kelly and she fixed my hair and guided me throughout the entire process with such amazing results. The level of care she puts into her work is truly commendable. I would definitely recommend kelly and I'm amazed by the stunning balayage! My hair has never looked this healthy and glamarous thanks to kelly!!

Kelly did not show up to the appointment and then called me 3hrs later saying she forgot. Being an understandable person, I decided to make another appointment for the following week. For that appointment she showed up almost 2 hours late. She fried my hair when she bleached it. I ended up going somewhere else to get it cut because it was not repairable. I will never ever refer anyone to go to her. She's very rude and hangs up .Do Not Get Your Hair Done by KELLY. Please believe all negative reviews about her.

Kelly destroyed my hair. Not only would she "accidently" forget she had an appointment with me several times, even after confirming, she had a bad attitude. And my hair came out nothing like I wanted even after explaining it to her many times and showing her pictures. DO NOT GO HERE !!

Great customer service ! I was supposed to get my hair done with Kelly but due to a family emergency , I was unable to make it. Kelly was very understanding I thank you for that!Check out their Instagram to see their awesome work!! :)

I came here because I found Lex's work on Instagram @_hairbylexx_I love the work she did on me, I got an ashy blonde look! I was happy she took off my yellow hair (THANK GOODNESS- because I hated it)Already recommended my sisters and mom to come here!

After postpartum and wanting something different to gain some sort self esteem, I found Alexus or @_hairbylexx_ on IG. I had referenced pic#2 I found on her IG page asking her if she can do a dark plum ombre on me, to which she said yes to. I went in with high hopes as I in fact never had bleached all of my hair. But I let this girl do her thing. At first she tried to make it seem as if "my hair grabbed more of the magenta" like it was my hair fault. (Aren't you the colorist here?) Then tried to explain to me what ombre was, like I didn't know. Dark to light!!! Not bleached root patches to dark. And threw in my face how long she took on my hair. Like I didn't pay her for the time she took to mess up my beautiful hair. She also failed to mention the dirty salon she works at only takes cash. My credit union ATM does not allowing to withdraw over $500 that she overcharged me, I was short $50. So we agreed I would pay when I came back for retouch. (Not yet seeing the result of her work) She had the audacity to charge me for it when I indeed returned, forgetting I had actually sent her $50 to book appt in the first place. It took me a while to post this rating but I feel I should warn you if you're trying to get your hair done by her. As I'm still walking around with these discolored patches finding myself putting my hair up to hide them.

I've been here before and loved the results so I decided to book an appointment again but with a different person, the lady doing my hair was late to my appointment so I had to wait for her for an hour which was annoying but not the end of the world. Then she didn't blend the color at all, I asked for a balayage which I had gotten here before and some of the Babylights are 3 different colors. I had blonde money pieces before and you can see that they weren't blended at all. Also she was rushing me to start on another client that was waiting for her because she was late the my appointment...It's on me for saying that I liked it when I wasn't happy with the results but I felt the pressure of leaving since someone else was waiting for her. Also ruined the shirt I was wearing , there's a big bleach stain on the back of my shirt. Was not worth that $300 I spent.

I got my hair done earlier this year here with Nikki; I think her style of coloring is pretty well-done but I think she rushes the bleaching while balayaging and then filters the photos on instagram, so a lot of the ashy tone you see is from that filter. I do not have major complaints, but my hair did not come out as ashy/toned as I wanted; it was more of a honey balayage. I think her pricing is a bit high, as she charges $450 (in 04/2022) + tip for about 3h of work. She told me to come back in 3-6 months for further toning, but because I realized the ash tone did not say more than a few days, I would not come back. I think you could probably find better pricing for the exact color that you wanted.

I came in for a haircut with lex, I found her work on Instagram and really liked it! I loveddddd my hair walking out probably the first haircut in years that I really loved. She was great! Professional, friendly and gave me good tips for hair care. Got lots of compliments on my hair, definitely recommend! Will be coming back soon (:
