Just had the worst service with the customer service I have ordered from them for over 15 years and never experience it it's really too bad I'm so unhappy that they couldn't simply waive the return fee once out of a million times I've ordered very disappointment

Customer service is so poor. Every time you call in you just hear they say "beauty west" They are not professional. Never give customers advice. Because I think they don't know much about their job. they sound so rude. I give zero star.

Super rude!! Leticia and her "henchman" are super unprofessional GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE they hang up on people without even speaking to them then when asked why are they so rude? "your just sensitive" if corporate reads these you guys need to do something about Leticia in HR
