Bank of America branches are going downhill. Most locations lack tellers so the lines can be very very very long. Fortunately, I did not need to enter this B 0f A.They have two Drive thru ATMs. Yay!! They work each time I've dropped by so no complaints from this long time B of A customer.Seriously, though, Bank of America needs to have those teller positions filled. Having only 1 or 2 tellers available the majority of business hours is not enough. At least train the folks behind the desk to do teller duties.

They don't offer personal loans of any kind. I have been with this bank since 2000. Very much considering moving to a different bank! Ridiculous!

Hours are awful. Random closures. It's so inconvenient. Same with other Bofa locations in the surrounding area.

I've been using BOA for decades now. No problems whatsoever. Love using the ATM's out front and drive-thru, very convenient. People complain too much about this Bank. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have never been treated so badly in a bank before!! All I am going to say is: The sixties called and they want their dirty carpet back! Oh and it looks moldy! The young woman that was the manager forgot how she gets a paycheck. Please remind her that without us B of A does not exist!! Oh and I will never step foot in there again!

Never going to this location again. Usually,​ the tellers are very friendly, this one lady seemed unhappy to help and was rude.
